DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TONY AND I CAN SEE CLEARLY. He is a fraud. I hired him to wash my windows and screens and clean my air ducts. He was combative when I questioned his "cleaning" of my air ducts which consisted of taking an old shop vac and vacuuming my vents. I told him that he did not clean my air ducts and he insisted that he got 90% of the dirt out of them and I told him he had no way of knowing that. He did not use the machine that was listed on his invoice. He did vent cleaning and not air duct cleaning and totally misrepresented his service. It was a joke! Regarding the windows not one of them is satisfactory and some of them are totally streaked. When I pointed some of the areas out he said "well if you want to go over it with a fine tooth comb" and got irritated. I know he did not touch some of the screens at all. I told him that I hired a professional so they would look better than if I did them myself. He knew I had to leave my house at 4:30 and at 4:24 he hadn't started putting the screens back on from the inside and said he had plenty of time which he didn't and he made me run late. The next day when the sun hit my windows I called asking for a full refund which he refused saying it was my OPINION and he did a fine job. In October 23 Tony from I Can See Clearly washed my windows. He started early afternoo, took a break and finished at 8 after dark. When I looked at my windows the next day some of them looked like they had never been touched.I texted and told him about this. He was apologetic and made an appointment to come back. He did not make that appointment.I texted again. He said he would be there when the weather was better. He has never been back. Also, he charged a very large amount of money. read more

I am extremely disappointed. We got a bid for $590... high, but fair enough. The quote was for $300 up front and $290 upon completion. Their guy came in, worked all day, and DID A GOOD JOB. When he finished, I gave him a check for $290. The big problem I have with this company is that when I reviewed my credit card charges two days later, I discovered they had charged us the full $590 before the work was started, and that was after my wife specifically reviewed the terms of their bid with the woman taking our card number. From my point of view, they effectively stole my leverage, not allowing me to withhold payment if the work was unsatisfactory. This business practice shows no respect for their customers. I was referred to this company by my tenant. I called and requested a quote for the entire house, including the second story in the back. This company sent me $540 as a quote (unitemized) and a week later, when I checked on the job they had only done half the house and told me the back half, including the second sorry, would have to be a separate quote. I will never use this company again. They completely took advantage of my not being onsite. I wish I had read the other reviews first. I will be more careful in the future. read more

I was charged $280 for gutter cleaning. Within a week I noticed one of my gutters overflowing. Although it was not a high gutter, it was too high for my ladder and I asked them to return and finish the job. They returned and removed the blockage by hand in less than 10 minutes. I was then charged $130 because this blockage was in "the vertical portion of the gutter". Stay away from these scammers. read more

I have been using Tony and his crew at I Can See Clearly for the two years we have lived in Ashland, Oregon. I previously had a new home over 4,000 sq. feet with huge custom windows that took an entire day to wash. I NEVER had those windows as clean as Tony gets the windows in my small 1945 home. The glass is original in a few of the windows and the others over 10 years old. They do all the sills, screens, and frames leaving everything spotless. They leave no water marks, dirty rags, drips, etc. that I have experienced with other companies. They have also done gutter cleaning and duct cleaning for us. Tony is prompt at not only personally answering calls, but comes out, is on time, gives you and sticks to his bids. I cannot recommend this company more. In my opinion, these people are shysters. I requested a quote to clean the windows in my townhouse inside and out. The slick salesman who showed up with his partner started by explaining that they offered three "levels" of clean, charging more for each successive level. I like to think I have a certain grasp of the language. Windows have two states: clean and not clean. So that raised red flags to start with. Then came the actual quote. The guy admitted the job would take two guys less than 1.5 hours. For that, they would charge just shy of $300. I may not be a math whiz, but that translates to paying each person more than $100 per hour ... to clean windows. Nice work if you can get it. We do not recommend this company. They are overpriced, constantly wanted to sell more services. Quality was poor even after a second call back. Damaged several plants and made a storm window inoperable, and with all the insurance that he assured us he had, he did not even respond to phone calls. We have lived here 39 years and have never had worse service in any capacity, it felt like a con. read more

Actually, Tony did a fine job clearing the leaves from our gutters. That is not the problem. I was quoted a price on the phone, and chose this service because it was the lowest. Yet, the estimate by Tony was $50 more, and when I mentioned the previous quote, he eventually agree to the quoted price, even though the person he called in his office for approval stated that the discounted offer had never been made. However, my major complaint is that Tony blew all the cleared leaves into the middle of our street and all over our garden from the patio, and when I asked him if he was going to clean them up, he said, "well, at least they are not on your lawn," then got in his truck and drove away. I spent the next 30 minutes sweeping them up and clearing them from the garden, in this heat at age 86. Next time I call a gutter co., I'll ask what they plan to do with the leaves and get the name of the person giving me the quote. read more

Terrible company. Guy is a crook and swindles you for every penny. He makes his employees pay for supplies and harges you exorbitant fees for very minor edging and things that sounds extensive but are not worth a dime! So it's maximum expense for you, and maximum profit for him, and his workers take the brunt. He employs shady business practices by dealing under the table and putting the liability on his staff. read more

This company is totally inept at doing the job they are hired for. It takes repeated calls and emails for them to come back to complete unfinished work. Their pricing is too high for the level of quality you get as a homeowner. Suggest you consider other options before you have this company do your windows. read more
