Nathan did a super job cleaning all our ducts. He has a filter that collected all the nasty bits and it was amazing to see so much leftover from a recent remodel. Before he left he saw a spot on my carpet where 2 cups of coffee had been spilled and he just went right out to the truck and brought in a machine to remove it and make it like new. He goes way beyond what is asked for and even washed all my return vent filters for me. He cleaned my dryer duct which runs the length of my house and all the bathroom ceiling fans. From the first contact over the phone I knew there was something about this company. In this day and age you rarely get a live person to answer the phone. Wheat answered all my questions and told me about a special for 3 rooms and a hall. I found out via the website that Wheat and his wife were Christians and that made the decision for me without reading the reviews. But when I read the reviews I saw that they had a history of excellent service. Spectrum was out to my parents and my house within a week. We had not had the carpets cleaned in over 14 years. Wheat did a remarkable job and the carpets finally look great again. We were gone when Wheat left, but he locked our front door and when we returned 4 hours later the carpets were approximately 50% dry. By 6:00 to 6:30 they were completely dry.
