I decided to go with another contractor. This review has nothing to do with their work because we didn't get that far in the process. I would've loved to be able to consider them along with the other contractors that came out.

An attempt by roofers to fix the problem did not help and I've hired a roofing company to make necessary repairs. I also had a Belgian Cobble Stones put on patio and they are very uneven causing more water to stand and puddle than I previously had. Recommend for a porch but, unfortunately, not for a patio. Jeff came by and gave us a fair estimate and good recommendations to improve the overall layout of the proposed design. We had a general idea of what we wanted and Jeff helped point out different perspectives that we greatly appreciated. All their crews were booked up with work for several months in advance, which told me that A LOT of people were eager to use this company. Now that the deck is finished I can see why. The quality and craftsmanship is incredible and impressed my general contractor father. You can tell this was a very experienced crew that got the whole project done in a little over a week, which is amazing. We opted to go with a higher tier Trex plank material for its low maintenance and durability. The price was fair (middle of the road from the other estimates I got) but the overall value was outstanding when you see and feel how sturdy and well constructed it is. If you're looking for a new deck, you will not be disappointed with these guys!

Had a consult with Luke, the owner's son - priced out all of our projects for the next few years including having them do quite a few plantings this summer, and hopefully a sprinkler system and retaining walls next spring.
