Not only was the quality GREAT, the prices are reasonable and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I was prepared to put in a huge order, but I had to contact them due to payment difficulties... They helped me from beginning to end with the order and made sure it got printed in a timely manner. I didn't realize they were running a special on photos, and I was fully prepared to spend what I thought I owed, but they let me know about the discount and then cut off a huge chunk off of my total, which was AMAZING as a small business owner at Christmas time. We asked for a single Greek letter, Epsilon, to be printed on a Tshirt. Probably Collegiate font to replicate the original. The young woman & older man said it would have to be an art work charge ($35) b/c they would have to draw the item. I asked them to compare it to Collegiate font since I'm pretty sure that's what it is. "There are thousands of fonts" was the reply. I do embroidery for my Etsy shop and am aware of how many fonts there are. They clearly didn't want my business. And certainly won't have to worry about that. Update: I came in with the image of the font I needed. I asked if I could see some fonts that matched. No one offered to show me matching fonts, just started to write up the order with the art charge. That's when I left.
