Super friendly, helpful, down to earth, and honest business. Did not overcharge. I originally brought my computer in with a peculiar issue with the camera. I was quoted over the phone for the time spent for the service. Though the issue could not be resolved how I expected, an alternative solution was provided that was just as good. He did not charge me the original quote, as the problem could not be resolved the way we'd anticipated, even though I still was more than willing to pay for the time spent, he was insistent on not charging me. I took in my Alienware labtop to get repaired and the tech said he would go thru whole pc and if he couldn't fix he would charge nothing. Next day I pick up he says fixed he told me to call alienware to fix charges me $ 30 and still left with same issues. Never takeing pc here again. read more

I had Chris fix my computer when it wasn't working and he did a great job. I am now getting a vpn error on my computer & have no clue what is is since I am not a tech person. I just called web tech service & spoke with a woman & she was not very helpful!!! The vpn is connected to the 360 total security which Chris installed. She told me to ignore & it should be fine. Advised her now I have no internet, you could be having computer issues!! So now I connected the vpn again for the 50th time & I have internet. She wants to charge me when its under the 360 total security Chris installed. She says if you need anything else please let us know & I said you weren't any help since at that time I did not have any internet!!!
