I loved how the decor and space transformed and knew I wanted to work with her. She was extremely prompt with my initial inquiry and after the first conversation, it was like talking to a good friend. She knows how to make the planning process VERY manageable and has a knack for spinning everything in a positive light. As a bride who was planning from far away without ever visiting the space, I was worried about all the details, and Amber was always available via phone and text to answer my 50 million questions. Our wedding wouldn't have been a dream come true if it wasn't for Amber. There's so much I want to rave about! For example... -- She let me mail some items to her and brought everything to the venue, and then shipped everything back to me too! -- She printed some wedding signs and also helped me find a projector screen very last minute and was extremely flexible with week-of and day-of changes, always being extremely positive about it all! -- The wedding timeline was changed VERY last minute and she accommodated all our wishes and asks -- She found our rental company and helped me think through options with the space arrangement and decor -- She set up everything EXACTLY how I imagined in our reception venue! -- She helped me work through issues with the reception venue to accommodate my guests according to covid guidelines (and calmed me down when I thought the reception was ruined!) -- The day of, she was a dream to work with. She was reading my mind during every moment of the reception and effortlessly made the wedding flow without any hiccups -- She has a natural ability to stay calm under pressure, handle crazy bridezillas (which I definitely was in some instances!), think of every small detail that would be important (yes you should buy plate chargers) and plan for every possible plan b and plan c. THANK YOU SO MUCH AMBER! You made this the most magical wedding. I wish everyone could work with you to plan their wedding because I truly believe you are the gold standard for wedding planners and the absolute BEST. If you are looking for a planner, contact Amber soon to see if she still has availability for you!

The Wynn property is beautiful and immaculate especially the Primrose Courtyard. Our wedding coordinator, AnnMarie was incredible and made the remote planning experience seamless. Beautiful wedding venue and stress free wedding!…read more When we started our wedding planning more than 6 months ago, we wanted our wedding experience to be lavish, stress free and in a convenient location for friends and families across the US. Having a Vegas wedding seemed like a no brainer, as Vegas offers so many diverse wedding options. We considered between Wynn, Bellagio and the Venetian, and we relied on online reviews for our final decision. We picked Wynn at the end due to its excellent reviews, posh setting, quick responses and a location further away from the center of the strip which seemed less chaotic for our big day. Our wedding planner was AnnMarie and she was an absolute sweetheart to work with. We picked the Opulent package for $3,590 which offers 1.5 hour use of the beautiful wedding chapel and dressing room. The package also includes one night of hotel, bridal bouquet, officiant, one hour of photography/videography, wedding planning and a limousine ride to obtain your marriage license at the court house in advance. AnnMarie was on top of everything in our wedding planning, and all we needed were to bring our wedding attire, pick our music and vows. It was as stress free and fun as it could have been for our wedding! The wedding package also offers a la carte add on for aisle flowers ($3,000 to $4,000), live music, additional photography ($225 per hour), and champagne for everyone. We decided to add an additional hour of photography around the resort as we wanted to capture our wedding moments for our life long memory. The wedding package includes only hard photo print, and the cost to purchase the full electronic copy of the photos is between $1,195 to $1,895. Overall, we felt the wedding package at Wynn offers an excellent balance between a beautiful wedding venue and a comprehensive package for a stress free wedding. We felt very lucky to have AnnMarie and her staff guiding us through the whole process. Highly recommend!

They provided clear guidance on what we needed to handle and stayed consistent with thoughtful follow-ups throughout the entire process. Not only are they professional, but they're also genuinely kind people. When we finally met in person, it felt like reconnecting with old friends rather than meeting vendors for the first time. I knew my request for blue roses in my bouquet would be challenging, so I tried to stay flexible and open to alternatives. But on the day of the wedding, they truly exceeded my expectations--they somehow made the impossible happen! I didn't even realize the blue roses were hand-crafted until later. It turned out to be even more special because I was able to take them home, and they've become my forever mini bouquet. We are so grateful for the care, creativity, and dedication they put into making our day perfect. Thank you for giving us memories we'll cherish for a lifetime!

I spent six months planning my wedding with Chapel of the Flowers and worked with three different…read morecoordinators throughout the process because of incompetence. Unfortunately, despite the significant amount of money spent and the amount of planning that went into the event, the execution on the wedding day was filled with mistakes that should never have happened. The first issue was the ceremony music. Not only was the song lineup incorrect, but the song played for my walk down the aisle was not even on my approved playlist. To this day, I have no idea what song I actually walked down the aisle to. After months of planning and carefully selecting music, this was incredibly disappointing. Transportation was another major issue. The limousine and buses we paid for had little to no air conditioning. This was not an isolated incident either--I experienced the same problem during transportation earlier in the week. My bridal party and I spent a considerable amount of money on professional hair and makeup only to be sweating in overheated vehicles immediately before the ceremony. I also paid for a wedding cake and never received it. The cake was apparently left behind at the chapel, and nobody provided it to us after the ceremony. Considering everything that was happening that day, this wasn't something I should have had to track down myself. A week before the wedding, I provided a detailed processional lineup for the wedding party. It appears that nobody reviewed it because the lineup was incorrect during the ceremony. Additionally, I specifically requested that my Maid of Honor and Best Man stand with us during the ceremony. Instead, they were instructed by the day-of coordinator to sit down. This was never discussed with me, and I certainly never authorized that change. I have seen numerous Chapel of the Flowers ceremonies where attendants stand with the couple, so there was no reason for this request to be ignored. My first interaction with the day-of coordinator was also concerning. When she arrived, she did not know who the bride was and initially assumed one of my bridesmaids was me while I was sitting right there. That level of preparation and professionalism was shocking for a wedding venue of this reputation. The photography experience was equally frustrating. Before the ceremony, while I was waiting privately, the photographer insisted on removing my engagement ring for photos even after I expressed hesitation. The ring was never returned to me afterward and was placed in the ring box with the wedding bands. As a result, during the ceremony my husband accidentally placed my engagement ring on my finger instead of my wedding band during our vows. This was a completely avoidable mistake caused by poor communication and handling of my personal property. To make matters worse, we never received our photos. The day after the wedding, we received a message stating that we were supposed to come back to the chapel to review them. That conversation never took place with us, and by that point we had already traveled home. As a result, we left Las Vegas without receiving the photos we paid for. The most frustrating part of this experience is that these were not isolated issues. They were a series of preventable mistakes involving communication, coordination, logistics, photography, transportation, and ceremony execution. After six months of planning and thousands of dollars spent, I expected the details to be handled professionally. Instead, nearly every aspect of the day required correction or was handled incorrectly. The ceremony itself happened at the correct time and date, but beyond that, the experience fell far below expectations. A wedding is one of the most important days of a person's life, and unfortunately Chapel of the Flowers failed to deliver the level of service and attention to detail that was promised.

From the very beginning of the planning process through the execution in 3 months, Lara demonstrated an incredible talent for high-end, detail-oriented event production. What truly set Lara apart was her ability to manage a large, complex group while maintaining a deeply personal touch. Planning a "Luxury 40th Weekend" for 45 guests is no small feat, but she handled every logisitical hurdle with grace--from securing the perfect room blocks at the Cosmo to coordinating a flawless private dinner that catered perfectly to our vegetarian requirements. Lara has a brilliant eye for design. She made the weekend feel uniquely special, and the "Vegas Survival Kits" were such a thoughtful touch for our guests. She managed the hair and makeup styling, floral arrangements, and, party buses and nightlife bookings with such precision that I was able to actually enjoy the celebration rather than managing the clock. If you are looking for a planner who can take a vision of and turn it into a seamless, stress-free reality, I cannot recommend Lara highly enough!

Her attention to detail is the best I have seen in any business (I guess that's where they get the name "The Lil Things" from...). Her designs are unmatched. She works with couples to truly understand what they want (even when the two partners don't always agree themselves :P ), and design a one-of-a-kind experiences that blows their expectations out of the water. During our initial call with Lara...my wife and I were all over the place. We told her we wanted a "Disco in the Desert" theme. My wife raved about pops of vibrant colors, whereas I brought up a ton of desert neutrals. Within weeks, Lara somehow turned around a design board that met ALL of our very chaotic requests. She brought our dream wedding to life in a way that I really think nobody else ever could. Her floral work is beautiful, her designs are amazing, and her personal touch is outstanding. Beyond her designs and creativity, Lara is also SO organized and responsive. She has everything under control, and keeps your mind at ease when you start to spiral with all the planning. She responds nearly immediately to emails and texts, and works tirelessly to meet your needs. The day before our wedding, we had an unfortunate circumstance where our initial photographer cancelled on us. Within 2 hours, Lara had 6 other options for us lined-up ready to support the next day. All 6 options aligned beautifully with our vision, and we can tell she put time into finding the right options for us, as opposed to throwing every business at us during this fire drill. The crisis was solved within hours due to Lara's skill, her connections in the Vegas area, and her drive to meet the couples' needs and pay attention to their vision. Do yourself a favor and book Lara and TLT for your wedding!!!!
