I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with this…read morephotographer. I would give zero stars if I could. From start to finish, the process was stressful and disappointing. After paying $600 for a newborn and family photo session, I expected beautiful memories and professionalism. Instead, I received the opposite. First, there was a significant delay in receiving my photos. When I finally got them, I discovered I had zero say in the selection process--the photographer chose the images herself and sent only the ones she wanted. Shockingly, she even complained about my newborn's skin, saying it required extra editing work, which made me feel uncomfortable and judged as a new mother. To make matters worse, some of the photos were clearly AI-generated. In our family portrait, I wasn't even smiling, yet that's the image she sent. When I politely asked for different photos, I was told everything else had already been deleted--so I had no options to choose from. Her explanation was that she "does not overshoot or over edit," which might make sense if I had actually been given options to choose from before she posted the photos online. It also would have helped if she had at least sent a quick text to let me know the photos had been emailed, since I don't check my email every day. She also initially claimed that she doesn't use AI, but later said she would use AI to fix my baby's pose. Throughout the process, the photographer repeatedly mentioned being busy with her own kids and work, using it as an excuse for delays in sending over the correct photos I paid for. In the end, the quality was so poor I could have taken better pictures on my phone. I urge anyone considering this photographer to look elsewhere. Her reviews may look great, but they do not reflect her lack of professionalism, respect, or understanding for new mothers. Save your money and your memories--find someone who cares about their clients and their craft.
