The wide selection of fresh ingredients allowed everyone to customize their omelet exactly to their liking. One especially thoughtful touch that impressed everyone was that, after placing an omelet order, the hot dish was personally delivered to guests wherever they were seated. Trevor and Ethan arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. for my 11:00 a.m. party and immediately began preparing everything from scratch. I was super difficult with the requests and asked if they could do half portion of sides, etc and they accommodated everything... except the pork ribs. They don't know they they're getting them in so unless you're ordering a ton, they can't put that in your order. The standouts were the pork ribs and the tri tip.
