I was informed by the owner to send it to Asus myself. So in the end my laptop is now a stationary desktop and I have to pay to fix the error of one of their employees Update 2018: It has been about a year since I went to this shop to repair my laptop screen. I was kindly reminded of the damages caused by this company when my computer shut off when the power flickered as I was working on a manuscript. I sent a question and request via their online chat the next day I figured out that they had torn the power cable from motherboard. I never got a response to that question if they would pay for the damages. Rather, I noticed someone responded on Yelp asking for a offline chat a few months after my post who had happened to not even notice I had tried to contact offline. Other than that, the company hasn't answered me for all this time. It was a terrible experience and I still do not recommend this place.
