First time floater here! Did my research on floating and with all the benefits I have read, I could not resist passing it up. I am actually visiting from out of town (Cleveland, OH) and I could not find a local Floating Pod in my area but luckily this one is only about 5 minutes away. Floating felt great, I want to say it was like getting a massage while I was asleep. The staff was wonderful and friendly and help made the visit and comfortable and soothing as possible. I float was a TERRIBLE experience. Very unsafe. I fell on their very slick wood floor due to a ledge that should not be there. Broken pelvis and femur break. Bad lighting and nothing safe to fall on. Should be rubber mats maybe even a rail . Wrecked my life. They just shoved me in a car and no big deal! read more

Nice staff and the inside where the pods are located are really nice. They have different themes in each of the rooms. Really clean place. The showers are located in the rooms with the pods so you have full privacy. The location is in an odd place, tucked in the corner, but not too hard to find. Overall a pretty good experience, it was my first time doing the floatation. I really did not feel any different during our after so I doubt I will go again, this kind of thing is not for me. If you love doing the flotation thing then give this place a try. They do offer month memberships as well is you are interested in going offer. Open Tuesday to Saturday. read more

I am so disappointed. We just barely found out that Ogden had an I-float pod. Last night my sister got online at 10:00 and booked us two appointments without telling me. This morning she called wanting to surprise me, unfortunately I had a surprise for her. I had gotten sick last night and was still really sick when she called. I was so excited to try this because of a chronic disorder I have lived with for nearly 15 years. With everything going on in the world, I wasn't sure they wanted me there sick. (I wouldn't want to go into an environment where someone else was sick no matter how well they clean it) I desperately wanted to try this place and around noon asked if she could reschedule because our appointments were at 4:30. She called and said the man at the desk not only said "no" and that he would have to go ahead and charge us anyway but she also said he was extremely rude. I mean its not like we just didn't want to go -I felt like it was best I not go with the symptoms I was showing and just wanted to go even the next day after I could be tested. I don't know if I'll be able to post the picture she sent me of our appointments online last night, but I will try. It proves they were WIDE OPEN. When she spoke to him this afternoon she mentioned that it might would have been better just not to try and be courteous by booking online and waited. He rudely told her that was correct and sounded like her problem. I just feel in todays climate there would be understanding when people are sick and worried about spreading what could be life-threatening illnesses to others. Just makes no sense to me. I really wish this wasn't the only place in Northern Utah because I really believe it may finally give me some relief. Looks like I may have to drive to the Salt Lake area to find some help. I floated in Dallas, Miami, New Orleans and by far the best experience so far has been in Ogden at i-float sensations. Amazing environment....tanks and showers were clean and welcoming. Family runned business that has been open for 4 years. I was so happy with my floating experience that I purchased 2 gift floats for some friends. Go for it.....i cant imagine a better place to float. read more

BEWARE of the need to cancel!! I called the same day to ask for a reschedule as I am from out of town and could not arrange my ride to get to my appointment on time. I had scheduled appointments for two and requested a later time. While the receptionists was getting this approved by the manager, someone booked the later time online. I was charged $40.00 for each appointment on the credit card they had on file. OUCH!! I am really disappointed! This is a gouge I could not afford. BE CAREFUL! read more

Everyone MUST float at least once in their live. Without a doubt this was the most relaxing experience of my entire adult life. I'm a retail store manager and those who work in retail know how stressful this field can sometimes be. I met Keith in my store and he told me about floating and all of its benefits. My wife and I went and the rest is history. The store front is not what I expected but once we entered we were extremely impressed. Very clean, very zenned out and perfect atmosphere. We were warmly greeted by the receptionist and she showed us around. The rooms are completely private with locking doors and each with their own shower and all needed accessories to make the experience unforgettable. Once I stepped into the tank and lowered the lid I wasn't sure what to expect. I thought for sure I would sink right to the bottom. Not the case at all. The water was the perfect temperature matched to my own body temperature. There was gentle meditation music playing and a soft light. I turned both off for a total sensory deprivation experience. Not only were the lights off in the pod but the entire room's lights shut off as well. Words cannot describe how calm I was. The only thing I could hear was my own slow deep breathing. After one hour of being completely removed from the world I can honestly say I've never felt so relaxed and just complete care free in my adult life. When I got home I slept like a baby. Because of my bad back I sometimes toss and turn in bed and sleep in because of the rough night's sleep. But after floating I got a solid night's sleep and woke up at 7am feeling fully rested. That has not happened in years. My wife, the mother of our 8 children so deserved this. She absolutely loved her experience. She and I will be returning again very soon. Just float. My wife and I float every week. This place has changed my life. If you are like me with your health, you are probably a skeptic. I came on a Valentines Day special. My wife got the deal for me. She had been one time before. I loved it. I was more relaxed with this, than I was with a massage. I felt like jello. My wife had recently told me that maybe I should quit floating because of how calm it makes me. I used to be quite uptight, and anxious. Now I am very chill. The floating takes care of all my sore muscles, and I feel new every week that I do this. You can even schedule, and pay for a massage before, and then float after. The staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly. I always feel welcome when I come. If you have back pain, arthritis, muscle pain, or don't have any energy, this is the place for you! You will be impressed on how you feel after your first visit. I felt like I was walking on air. Float on! read more

Just finished my first float. This is so cool. Absolutely loved it. First off, I am a huge fan of using magnesium and taking epsom salt baths, second, I am trying to become a meditator. This offers both in an amazing way. One hour in this float pod was exactly what I needed. My hip has been a little sore and I already feel better. Incredibly amazing experience. Very relaxing! It took me a minute to shut my mind off due to the hustle n bustle of modern day life and my high anxiety/PTSD level but once I did I got into a 'no mind' meditative state unlike I have ever had before. I felt like I was floating in space. Hours later I still feel relaxed! I enjoyed it so much that I am considering buying a float pod myself. Living next to Ft Hood Texas I feel like it could definitely help the soldiers that have combat related stress/PTSD and physical injuries! read more
