I had originally planned to go with my boyfriend, but he mentioned that he previously had a very negative experience when ordering in person. I love this small mom and pop boba shop! The owner is so kind and all the drinks I've tried were so yummy. Me and my fiance came here for the first time today. We arrived when the shop opened and were the only people in there. We ordered three crepes and two drinks. The crepes were pretty pricy and not worth the price. When we received our crepes they were cold as if they were sitting out while the lady was making the others. The shop does not allow refunds or exchanges making us feel that we kinda got robbed. Especially for first time customers we did not have the best experience. I've been to this location a couple times in the past and their food and drinks had been good, a little on the pricey side but I'm always willing to pay more for good quality. Unfortunately, the bad service I received today really changed my view of this location. A friend and I came to order some smoothies and were serviced by Mia. I ordered and inquired if they only served smoothies in one size to which she couldn't answer and said she wouldn't know, mind you, she was working the register and didn't make any drinks so not sure why she couldn't ask but I told her it was fine and made a point to request boba in our drinks. Upon receiving our drinks we quickly notice there's no boba which is okay, I understand mistakes happen but it was the way another employee handled the situation that made me realize I would be taking my business elsewhere going forward. We told the older woman that our drinks didn't have boba and she was quick to say we didn't order boba, I told her I did but she just kept cutting me off and making excuses saying it wasn't in the receipt and then saying that people don't know they have to ask for boba but she simply did not want to listen to me. I told her that if Mia didn't put it in the order which we know we asked for then that's okay but I know I asked for boba and being cut off and told I didn't was incredibly rude. As someone who's worked in several customer service and guest relations jobs, the customer service given was simply poor. She could've simply said they didn't add it to our order and would be able to charge us separately for the boba and redo our drinks but to want to argue with me and continue to cut me off every time I went to respond was so rude and unfortunate. The customer is not always right, I know that from experience but it's an entire different thing to treat customers the way we were treated. As an employee if a customer has an issue with an order you're usually supposed to offer solutions and help. It didn't consist of much but it was good for what it was. I also had a taro frappe with boba. It was more on the sweet side, but nevertheless it was still delicious. BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!!! TAKES FOREVER!!! I came into the shop around 6:30 PM, and initially, it was quite hot inside. A young child, probably about 10 years old, came to take our order. We ordered two drinks: a Mangonada with no boba and a peach bubble tea with boba instead of popping bubbles. However, the Mangonada ended up having popping bubbles in it, and the peach tea came with both tapioca boba and popping boba. I was also charged for extra boba. When I told the lady that I didn't want the popping bubbles, she said they weren't in the original order, so she wasn't going to remove them. I explained again that I didn't want them, and she agreed to scoop them out. I asked her if she was going to add the extra boba I paid for, as it seemed like there was barely any in the cup. She told me she wasn't going to add it, just scoop out the popping bubbles, and that would be all. Food is excellent but last week there was 2 kids there I'm assuming siblings and the mom is the owner? The girl screamed soooo loud I jumped! I was in the from waiting area the kids were in the back. Found this place today after I saw the Hemet San Jacinto Chamber of Commerce posted it on their Facebook. Like other reviews, I was stoked to find a place in town that serves HOMEMADE boba and crepes. They also offer a small selection of lunch items like sandwiches and dumplings! We ordered 3 drinks, one order of crepes, and one bubble waffle. It all came out to about $30 but I tipped $5 because it's a small family run business and the couple running the counter were so nice. We got two of the strawberry rose milk tea and my mom got the honeydew milk tea. I got the strawberry Swedish crepes and my boyfriend got the chocolate fudge bubble waffle. My crepes were perfectly thin yet chewy with a rich cream cheese filling and fresh strawberries. The bubble waffle was crispy, fluffy and loaded up with the best chocolate ice cream I've had at a sundae place in a while. The drinks were light and flavorful but I really want to emphasis the boba. It's noticeably chewier than other dried versions I've had and has a great texture. I definitely recommend this place to everyone in the valley and think it's reasonably priced.
