They put up signs telling people not to park on both sides of the street. That makes it safer for their customers and the neighbors. They do an excellent job displaying the merchandise so that it is pleasant to look at an easy to find what you want. If I were to need to liquidate my estate right now, Execute might be the company I pick because they are protective of the owner's belongings. They know how to price items so the owner gets a fair price, but they don't price things so high that a lot of it doesn't sell or that everyone waits for the 50% off day. There are some companies that over price things so much that most people just look around on full price day to see what they want to buy on 50% off day. This was a particularly fun estate sale largely because the owner had things that just screamed happiness and fun. Most item were well priced so when I saw something I liked, I just got it on the first day rather than take a chance it might be gone. The only thing I waited on was a parrot on a swing. The first day price was just more than I wanted to pay. It was probably worth that much, but not for me. I placed a bid on it and was so happy when I won. Just looking at what was in the house, I guessed the man was a dentist, golf enthusiast, and was moving to Costa Rica. I was right. He had left that morning.

I always know when I see one of their signs out, it's going to be a well done, fairly priced and solid estate sale where I'm most likely going to leave with a few things. Follow them on social media if you are big into secondhand and estate sales, they are definitely top two or three as far as best companies in the area for a shopping experience in this vein!

While it deals with consignment and estate sale items, you would hardly believe it if you saw the large variety and superior quality of the items on their showroom floor. I've been shopping estate sales for a long time and I never saw this amount of quality "consignment" furniture in any one place before. The only thing more surprising than the quality of these items is their prices. I purchased a "new" couch for my home from Taylor's Treasures and am amazed at it's original quality and overall condition. It was sold at a VERY reasonable price which was lower or comparable to the price of many much lesser quality "new" couches found in stores. Taylor's Treasures, a family owned and locally run business, also does their own delivery and so can charge much less than the going rate.

The employees are friendly and helpful. In my opinion, he overprices most of the items. I went to one of his estate sales yesterday and thought everything was overpriced. I went back today thinking things would be 25% off but that's not until tomorrow. They did 2 days full price. I found one thing I liked, but I didn't like it enough to pay the asking price. I will continue going to his estate sales. I enjoy looking but I don't buy things at estate sales that aren't bargains.

My son put a bid in for a washer and dryer set and when I went back with him the next day there was…read morea sold sign on the set. When he asked the brunette woman running the sales table if it had sold she told him it had. He politely asked why he didn't get a call for a new bid and she said it just happened fast and it was a call in bid and it just happens like that sometimes. My son was frustrated but just told her thank you and she checked us out with our purchases for the day. My husband and I went back today and the set was back for sale and marked $500 for the set. When I went to ask her about it she told me it was for sale. She said the previous buyer backed out when she realized it was a gas dryer so she refunded her the cost of her payment and it's now for sale again. I inquired as to why she hadn't called my son to give him the opportunity to purchase since he had previously provided her with his contact info from his previous bid. She said, "Oh that's him?!" and smiled as if she had forgotten all about him even though she stated she remembered. She said she had just decided to relist it. I informed her that is very poor business and unprofessional. I had more items I had planned to purchase today and instead I left them there and we left. I will never go to another one of this company's sales and I will discourage everyone else from doing so also. You're either honest or you're not and she knew she had been dishonest and caught. It may be 2023 but honesty and integrity will never go out of style and I simply refuse to compromise those values regardless of situation or time.
