Solid spot if you love Mac and Cheese. You get to pic your base cheeses, and toppings from a Chipotle style menu. They also have regional specials and store specific specials. We got the Classic mac (my daughter), the Philly Mac (my son), and I got the Nashville hottie. I tasted everything and this is a solid Mac and a cheese spot. You aren't going to get your mom's mac and cheese here, but for a chain spot it was really good! All the entrees we creamy and cheesy. Just depends on the proteins and veggies you want. I will speak mostly to my Nashville Hottie grilled cheese since I ate it the most. The sourdough bread was soft enough to be palatable and savory with the butter. It hold up great to the filling which is ample. I love the idea of fresh pickles mixed with a Nashville Hot Oil and the creaminess of the muenster cheese. Special shout out to the employee who was both really nice and accommodating to my kids' requests regarding ingredients, I wish I would have grabbed his name. I will be back especially with kids. I raced home, chomping at the bit to taste this masterpiece of spice and noodles, unboxing it faster than a fat kid opening a cake, only to find out that it was..ok. it was alright. I ate it. I was full. It had solid flavor. it was not magnificent though. Maybe my love of these two foods set the bar too high, like a date with prom queen disappoints because all she wants to do is take selfies and talk about herself, but I was not blown away. First time at I heart mac n cheese. The customer service was friendly, and the place was clean. The ambience was fun with its creative walls and greenery. The concept was fantastic: choose a base (pasta, cauliflower, brocolli, quinoa etc) and add your toppings). I had the lobster and white truffle mac n cheese, and my sister had the buffalo chicken mac and cheese. The lobster mac n cheese had nice chunky pieces of lobster, which was quite substantial. The buffalo chicken though, had chicken chunks with buffalo sauce drizzled on top. When I think of buffalo chicken, it is completely tossed in the sauce. The problem with the pre-made items prepared and waiting to be chosen, is that the flavour does not immerse into the pasta (and in the case of the buffalo chicken, it is simply drizzled on top). The cheese mix also settles to the bottom because the rue is a bit watery. You can shake and toss it, but it will still settle to the bottom, leaving the food tasting a bit bland until you reach the bottom of the bowl. So overall rating I give a three. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't fantastic mac n cheese. read more

Oh M Gee! They have vegan cheese, it's creamy AND it's flavorful! Also, they have a build-your-own option AND vegan meat options! I was in love and after trying I Heart Mac & Cheese, I am more! They also have your normal dairy cheese and meat options too, so don't panic! Many topics to choose from as well. As I mentioned, you can build-your-own or choose one of the preselected options (you can customize that too). Did I mention they have vegan cheddar cheese and vegan smoked gouda? As a lover of mac and cheese, I would have to say this place is worth a try! It's not gourmet, but it's simplicity is what's most appealing, and all the cheesy goodness of course. The inside of the restaurant is a lot cuter than I expected it to be too with its fun wallpaper print and cute little plants everywhere. My husband and I tried recommendations from one of the employees: Philly Cheese Steak and Baked Chicken Parmesan. The Philly Cheese Steak was in my opinion better than the Baked Chicken Parmesan, it really tasted like a Philly Cheese Steak, just in mac and cheese form. There was 4 of us. I order Mac and cheese, the other three ordered a grilled cheese. We each got a drink and shared a side of tater tots. The cost was $50. I thought I heard the cashier wrong, but I had not. Again, must be worth it with this crowd. Now the food was nothing special. Grilled cheese was just two pieces of regular bread, with a slice of whatever cheese you chose. The Mac and cheese was just macaroni, with your topping and some cheese sauce added to it. Did it taste okay? Sure. But I'm sure you all can make this meal at home a lot better (and cheaper!) I'm going to end this review with the presentation, because it should show you why to avoid this place. This is a basic grilled cheese, with American cheese and tomatoes. They run this through a conveyer type oven, then slapped it together and serve. The most nerve wrecking thing is the server clearly saw this and still felt it was acceptable to serve to me. So after a full day of running and working out my girlfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to a carb loaded meal. I had no idea this place had opened or that it was even a thing. My girlfriend suggested it so we went and tried it out. The location is perfect in my opinion, right next to the movies and multiple food/store spots. The restaurant itself was simple but had some great decorations to really make the place look nice. They had the menu set up with their signature dishes and then you could also opt for the build your own option. Then you can also go either pasta or grilled cheese option, so that was also interesting that they added that to the menu choice. The concept seemed familiar with the signature style and build your own option but it's with mac n' cheese and grilled cheese so I was pretty excited! For my build your own: large, regular pasta(never asked which pasta we would like) guvyere cheese, celery, tomatoes, and short rib. Also drizzled truffle cream/oil on top with added bread crumbs. Overall it was tasty, I would have liked to go with another pasta style next time and probably go with the regular size because the large left me feeling stuffed. Definitely have more to try out! Really came in above my expectations. I was a bit concerned as my meal was being prepared. It looked pretty messy when the staff (who are super nice BTW) assembled all the ingredients. This place has a lot of potential. Quick and easy - good to grab before going into your movie at Regal Cinemas. It's right next to WingStop on the left side of the plaza near the Costco gas lines. For all items, they are put through a short conveyor belt to "bake" or melt. My boyfriend got the BYO grilled cheese and I got the Baked Buffalo Chicken bowl. The mac n cheese base is good - the noodles were al dente and the cheese was mixed pretty well. The salty-ness was okay for me but I can see how many people would like the option of adding more salt. The restaurant should definitely invest in salt and pepper shakers for each table. My boyfriend was pretty content with his ingredients. However, our biggest issue was that both items could have been a lot warmer. Both of our items went through the conveyor belt so you'd imagine that it would be warm and toasty but it was almost room temperature. I think if we had left it out any longer, the cheeses would have hardened. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this place but I'd consider stopping by again in the future after they've worked out the new business kinks, like the salt and pepper shakers - I feel like this is pretty standard. read more
