I first met Holly when I was pregnant with my second baby and I was having the typical symptoms of…read morethe first trimester, nausea and headaches. Immediately when I met her I felt cared for and safe. She started the session and intuitively picked up on the issues I was having that day almost right away. During the session I felt I could let go and deeply relax and enjoy the healing taking place. I thought my symptoms went away because I was just so relaxed but when I left her office that day, I couldn't believe that my nausea and headache went away. And it went away for several days afterwards. I wasn't sure if I could feel that powerful healing again, until I went again and the same thing happened. I was blown away by the power of Reiki and her healing abilities. During sessions, I felt so many shifts within myself and I was able to feel this energy working its way throughout my entire body. She was able to give me intuitive advice that helped me in between sessions to take better care of myself. I didn't really have expectations other than I wanted help feeling less anxious. The session did relax me, but it went beyond that. When she did the reiki on my throat, I felt a physical change in my breath. When I breathed out, it felt as if the air was gently being pull out alongside of my own breathing. Also, I could feel my arms and hands physically vibrating towards the end of my session. It was so incredible! I felt lighter and more connected to myself after the session.
