The first time I used 'I Know A Guy' services was about 4 years ago when they were referred to me through a close friend. They did a fantastic job of remodeling my kitchen and bathroom. Such a wonderful job in fact, that I then followed up with TJ Lamb a short time later about a very big project, converting the large shed in my backyard into a rental cabin. In about a years time they converted that dilapidated old shack into a two story cabin complete with plumbing, heating, appliances and every ammenity one would need to live comfortably. Thanks to quality work from 'I Know A Guy', I was able to get the cabin approved for HUD housing and begin renting it out a short time later. Again recently, I once again reached out to TJ and his team for further services. Installing new windows throughout our home to replace the old moldy aluminum frame windows that were installed when the house was first built (In about 1975). After the instillation we were overjoyed to realize that we were able to shut the heat off during a cold winter day for the first time ever because the heat was staying inside and not rapidly escaping through the windows. I asked for their next available appointment as it was late in the afternoon but he said "I think I can squeeze you in later tonight if that's ok?" I was shocked. He called me back after finishing his last job and said that he would need to pick up the part before heading over. Within an hour or so, he was at my door. TJ installed a LiftMaster garage door opener at both our residence and commercial property during the last few years. With a recent problem I called and TJ came by our home the same day. In minutes he identified the problem and advised a course of action and take advantage of the existing warranty (Lift Master has an excellent warranty program) The service experience was was exceptional in that he TJ remembers homes and family's where he has worked, is an excellent technician and when he was finished said there was no charge for the visit. Highly impressed with this business. Needed a new garage door and requested a estimate. T.J. came out the day after we called and gave us a very reasonable quote, even though there was a challenge with the garage door rails. When we called back to accept his offer, the installer was there two days later. Jake was very professional and pleasant. He worked steady until the job was done, never taking a break.
