As soon as Brian walked in, he diagnosed the issue in about five minutes, it turned out the problem was actually FPL's fault and the meter needed to be changed. Brian clearly explained what was going on and confirmed that nothing in my house was causing the issue. He was professional, calm, and clearly very knowledgeable. To my surprise, he wouldn't even charge me for diagnosing the problem. That level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. This company is honest, quick, and truly looks out for the customer. He would not send me his copy of his license. So, while his advertisements say licensed and insured, I do not believe he is licensed. At least not a licensed plumber. Bad news. Poor workmanship that suggests a lack of experience. The company also failed to stand behind its workmanship guarantee, which was very disappointing.
