Karen is fantastic! This was my second time ever getting lashes. My first experience was at one of those membership chain salons and it didn't turn out well. So I read thru all the Yelp reviews and landed on this place because she is close to my house and I liked the thought of not having to deal with the stuffy salon experience or the rotation of lash artists because no one ever stays in chains very long. Karen has a beautiful place with a private spa-like treatment room. She is really really good! My lashes are perfect. Lovely environment, total privacy and friendly aesthetician. Karen was a nurse so she is skilled in many areas. I told her I did not want to look like I had spiders on my eyes and she laughed but she assessed my eye shape and did a great job over the two hours I was on the table.
