They not only cleaned my kitchen, but even organized the stuff on my counter top really well. They took out stuff from the cabinets and refrigerator, and cleaned the inside very well. Quote was $350, but they ended up working for 4 hours for my 1600 sqft 4-storage townhouse. Charged me $600 at the end. Not a good news to me but I'm happy with the result. Will hire them again.

The cleaning was extremely detailed, and i am very thankful for their thorough work. I was especially concerned about lingering pet odors since I have two cats, but the team used special products, and by the time they finished, there was no trace of any Cats living there and the place looked and smelled great. Scheduling was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I had called several other cleaning companies before finding Majestic Maids, and many didn't even answer the phone. We reached out to several businesses looking for a DEEP clean (including our regular cleaners) and Priti not only reached out immediately but made herself available the very next day. She worked 11 hrs each day for two days and cleaned literally everything ( blinds, baseboards, windows sills, light fixtures etc) as well as all other typical cleaning and brought our "construction zone" back to a home! After living in that environment for 2 months (length of flooring project) it's hard to articulate how we felt after job was complete! They did an amazing job making sure that my appliances were clean and I truly appreciated it. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. They quoted a better price than others I spoke to, and kept an open and honest dialogue with us throughout the process (our place was a real mess, so they called to let us know if they thought it would take longer, allowed us to set time limits, etc.). The house looks wonderful, smells great, they were able to get stains out of the carpet and even out of the old kitchen surfaces that I thought were a lost cause.
