I paid $400 for move in cleaning. The condo was almost entirely empty and I requested extra focus on the appliances. They did an amazing job making sure that my appliances were clean and I truly appreciated it. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. So I started using this cleaning service for a couple months. They are very timely, showed up on time and service was going OK. I started to notice as the services went on that the team was not as thorough with their cleaning methods: 1. We use the same rack to dust and wipe my couch off with. 2. Would use a rag that would leave hair in my shower. 3. Consistently move things out of place in the home. We needed someone for a move out professional cleaning and Joung was super responsive and provided fantastic services. She came in person to give us an estimate and her value/costs were very reasonable. When I first contacted this service, I had to have an initial visit for an estimate to service and expectations. Mrs Joung, the lady who came, was detailed in her offer and provided documentation to proof of insurances correlated with cleaning services. Unlike other first time services, the first cleaning was more expensive. Alternatively looking through the market, it's more decent pricing compared to competitors. They are also veteran friendly and provide a military discount. While I know I can get cheaper service, I'd rather not get chances of scams or suits with the alternative. The cleaners come in a 3-4 person team and were friendly. Since I had multiple rooms and a basement, the service took quite a bit of time. I'll try next time arranging as suggested by Mrs Joung to have the cleaners do cleaning while I'm absent. I had a deep cleaning service, followed by a routine cleaning, which I opted for monthly. I appreciate how the cleaners were still fine with cleaning while my housemate's bratty cat was complaining that they were intruders. We're selling my husband's home, so as stressful and hectic as the process is, seeing the house so clean after Joung and her team did such a wonderful job made us finally feel at ease about something. I first texted Ms. Joung regarding move out cleaning and she responded to me right away. We arranged a time for Joung to tour the home and provide us with an estimate. When I say Joung is so detailed, I mean she pointed out every single tiny thing. From the air vent to the caulking in the shower (which she does!), Joung's attention to every corner was an immediate sign of how experienced she was at this job. And then, at the end of the tour, Joung showed us her licenses and insurances, making sure that we knew that her team was insured so that if anything were to break during the cleaning it would be covered. We were impressed by how upfront and honest she was. This was my first time hiring any cleaning service so its hard to know the legitimacy of these types of services, but once we met Joung my husband and I were knew we were in good hands. On the day of the cleaning, Joung and her team arrived and got straight to work. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding about the oven (if you need oven/stove top cleaning, you should spray with oven cleaner and let it sit overnight!) I had not done this, but Joung said if we got to spray it early enough she would do the best she could, so I was expecting that there would still be grease left on the stove. Nope! If you saw our stovetop and oven you wouldn't even know that we hadn't sprayed it overnight. It was so sparkling clean. Joung did a great job and left the house looking spotless and smelling like brand new. Joung even was able to do the carpet shampoo and cleaning as well as caulking in our owner's bathroom and kitchen backsplash. Also, the amount she quoted me was EXACTLY what she charged me in the end and nothing more. I appreciated how honest and respectful Joung was throughout the process. When you go to Joung's website, it says that every customer is treated like family. I feel like Joung treated me like her own daughter. We just moved into our new home and it needed a serious cleaning. It was very dusty and some of the shelves in the pantry were very sticky and yellow when they should've been white. Also, the sink in the laundry room was highly stained and had paint stuck on it. The owner visited first by herself to provide a quote for her services and discuss my expectations and determined a reasonable price for what I needed. Next, the owner came in with her team of six girls and whipped it in the shape. The sink is now spotless and my pantry shelves are now white! I've never hired cleaners before but this was such a wonderful experience to have for my first time! The care the owner took of not only my house but of me was amazing! After a medical procedure that left me not being able to walk I needed my whole house cleaned. Like other reviews referenced the owner came to not only asses the place but ask what my needs were going through room by room and each floor. She showed her insurance information and went over her company policies, which I appreciated. She was very clear that her expectations of her employees and company are high and shared the steps she takes to ensure that. I was told to close any doors, closest or cabinets that I didn't want cleaned. Company policy is they don't open anything ensuring they don't invade your privacy or touch anything you don't want done. She gave me a date but due to having a friend come to town she was able to get me in last minute for an earlier appointment the week before she planned. Very accommodating! Cleaning: She showed up early the day of cleaning and brought a plant for me to wish me well on my recovery, such a personal touch and true care! She and another woman worked very hard and checked in with me asking if I was okay with different cleaners and very gentle with everything. The place looks great! I asked for a regular cleaning but they definitely went above that. Cleaning the blinds, wiping the tops of the windows and wiped both sides of my screen door to the house. She wiped down the staircase railings, cleaning any and all surfaces. Areas I said don't worry about trying to not have too big of a job since I've not been able to clean myself (like the laundry and workout room floors), she cleaned anyways to make the place spotless. Before she left she even watered my plants sharing how she knows I can't get around well. Floors that were taking longer to dry she hand dried because she didn't want me falling. She took all these additional steps to ensure I was comfortable, really went above and beyond. She has a very personal touch and cares about her clients you can tell. Called Juoung to change frequency and she told me she'll charge more. So be careful of her pushing more frequent cleaning by having workers cut 4 week plan to 3 weeks, then tell you if you want to change she'll charge more. The wonderful ladies who cleaned my highrise apartment today were impeccable. The arrived right on the scheduled time, maybe even a few minutes early. They were so considerate with the fact that I work from home on the phone all day and my boss requires a quiet environment/no extraneous sounds, so the ladies made sure to do the vacuuming during the times I was off the phone. They were so friendly and professional. Ms Joung came a few weeks ago for a walkthrough and estimate and showed a binder with her credentials and company licensing, which I thought was very professional and something no other cleaners have done previously. I am all about saving money so I got almost 10 different quotes from local cleaning services before choosing Joung's Cleaning Service. Ms Joung gave me a very reasonable rate for the huge job. Just today I just got all three levels of my single family rental deep cleaned and carpet shampooed for my landlord since we're moving out and Ms Joung and her team did an amazing job! They were early/on time for both the free quote and the cleaning.
