Fresh ice cream packed with flavor! The "Create-Your-Own" option is so much fun and gets the creative juices flowing. Their pre-pickable options are also super yummy. The environment however, is on the bleak side. Not many inviting features, including the too close for comfort seating. The staff was not entirely the most greeting, while watching a show on their phone without headphones, blasting through the entire shop. Thankfully, they found enough time to pause their show and mix our ice cream, but took no time to start watching it as soon as they finished. This little shop is run by a mom, dad, and their son. You definitely get the mom and pop vibe from this place. Me and my three friends stopped here on a Saturday afternoon and to our surprise the cafe was empty, we were the only customers. We ordered three boba, 2 taiyaki, and 1 rolled ice cream. All of our items came out within 10 minutes. I got the lychee fruit tea which came with jelly. It was tasty and refreshing! It was a bit pricey which I can understand as there aren't many authentic boba places out in York. However I could pay the same price at places like tiger sugar or ten ren in NYC for better quality. read more

Went in on a whim for Boba tea and rolled ice cream. It's a big place, in a pretty dead shopping plaza. I was a little distressed that we were the only people there. We each ordered a tea and a rolled ice cream. There was one woman working behind the counter. First she made my tea and gave it to me. Then my husband's tea and gave it to him Then my ice cream. It's great that there's a rolled ice cream place in York! Plus they have bubble tea. I haven't tried their bubble tea yet. The rolled ice creams were pretty pricey and were just okay. It was pretty messy, melting all over the place when I got it. I went in the summer time and it was pretty hot inside. The plaza where this store is located is a bit dead. But I like the variety of flavors offered and that there's an Asian business like this in town. I'd come back to try their bubble tea and some more ice creams if I'm around the area again. read more

Cool little spot me and my daughter fumbled upon while running an errand in York. Super cute little place tucked away in a strip mall. We were quickly and friendly greeted upon entering. It was our first time and my daughter was kind of confused on what and how to order but the nice lady at the front counter helped her out. I love the variety and flavors of their rolled ice cream. The prices were more expensive than what was listed on the menu photos here on Yelp, so I attached the updated menu to this review. This was not what I expected! Not your ordinary Ice Cream Shop. Your Ice Cream is made on a stone and formed into a crepe - like creation. I had the Mocha Base with raspberry, chocolate chips and M & M s. The crepe are cut to form the base of the Sunday. A bit pricey but when you see the work that goes into each creation, it's worth it. I stumbled upon this place online while on the hunt to fulfill my boba craving. A rolled ice cream and boba shop in the middle of a strip mall, I Love Ice Cream has a wide variety of ice cream and drinks to choose from. They even have smoothies, fruit sodas, and tacos with rolled ice cream which I have yet to try. I've been going since last year in the summer, and I've always been served in a friendly, welcoming manner. I'm now a regular to the point where the owner recognizes me and makes conversation when I come in. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a huge sweet tooth like I do, or if you have kids who can never have enough ice cream in their lives. Been driving by this place for a few months now. The wife decided she wanted ice cream. We were debating between the old standbys of Jim Mack's and sweet willows and we thought why not give the new guys a try. The ice cream is made fresh right in front of you. Very friendly staff assuring you that they only use the freshest ingredients and they strive to make the finished product look exactly like you see on the picture menu board. I got the #7 Berries and it was excellent. The wife got the #30 Coconut and she said it was delicious as well which I believe since she finished it at in a hurry which is unusual for her. Normally there is a half eaten cup of ice cream in the freezer for a few days. If your in the mood for ice cream I suggest you give them a shot I'm sure you will like it read more

This is not and in and out place so if you're looking for a quick stop, this isn't for you. They take their take to perfect your ice cream. Meh. They had a paper on the counter requesting anyone with food allergies to let them know. I let them know and they had no idea what soy would be in, despite soy being in common toppings so I had to do the work to figure out what order would work for me. I do give them credit for at least cleaning the counter before making my ice cream. It took a solid 15 minutes to make mine and about 5 mins for my girlfriend's. My ice cream had pineapple and strawberries rolled into it which was pretty good, but it's not as good as normal ice cream it's just a novelty. So we tried this place because there isn't really any boba places is York. The Thai tea and coconut with boba was not very good. I actually exchanged the coconut one for a milkshake and paid the extra dollar because it wasn't drinkable. Not a fan! The rolled ice cream was pretty and tasted good though. I wanted plain black milk tea. Nope. I chose the taro (purple) which looked gray in color. There was what appeared to be curdled milk in the cup. I was assured it was the powder they used & I could just stir it in. I drove away & took a sip of the pearls. They were hard! Not sure if the tapioca was over cooked, under cooked or frozen. But they were inedible. I did get a refund without question but won't go back. The kids didn't even acknowledge the bad pearls so I hope the next customer doesn't break a tooth. read more
