I never get lucky enough to find street parking although most of it is metered and that's always annoying, but they have plenty of affordable parking lots so definitely just pay up. We didn't spend more than $5 for parking so for a beach day that is totally worth it. There are lots of shops and restaurants to visit while you are in the area. I definitely recommend walking along the beach cliffside. There is a paved trailed and the view is gorgeous. To me, it's just as pretty as Hawaii! We chose to eat at Urth Cafe during our most recent visit but the other restaurants I have visited have also been very pleasent. They have good quality food and the prices are expensive but definitely affordable for an ocean view. I would recommend to arrive early. Maybe the crowds wont be as bad plus you need to plan for traffic when you leave Laguna Beach. We were caught in a traffic jam when we left in the afternoon and it seemed like it was backed up the entire day. But like I said, I have been through much worse and Laguna Beach is still always worth the visit. Will be back soon!

He stayed with her the whole time making sure she was safe. I was impressed with how well he read the surf and kept her from the waves that were not suitable for a novice. My first tour was…read morecanceled because my tour is pending until someone from the tour company confirms the date and the number of people, and no one responded, so it was canceled. I've put in a second request for a tour for two people on the date I requested, and so far no one has responded, so this one may also be canceled. At least two Viator representatives have called and sent email messages to try to get my tour confirmed, but they've not gotten a response. I also sent a message to the tour company asking that they respond to my pending tour request, but no response. I have given this tour company one star for poor customer service.

Palm Springs Old and new!…read more The MAGIC CART RIDE is such a fun activity for tourists and locals alike. I'm a long-time local, but I still have so much to see and learn. I work with many tourists who ask me about great activities and this is the top on my list. Donnie and Kathy (the tour guides) are so much fun- taking us through the history of Palm Springs, while pointing out the newer details about the area. History, culture, art, food, what more can we ask for? They kept us hydrated and filled with beverages, water, food and even a nifty gift bag. This tour is small and intimate, with only 6 guests, so everyone has a chance to ask questions and absorb! The tour includes several stops featuring cocktails, mocktails and food while you enjoy the experience. Some of our stops included several popular and my personal choices, Eight Four Nine and Crudo. We were treated to Crudo's pistachio lime cocktail - perfect beverage to feel relaxation at its finest! These may be on your tour, or there will be other wonderful places. Best to even take the tour again, in case you missed something! I don't want to give much more away so just trust me and make your reservation now. It's truly memorable and magical!
