He responds quickly to text messages for scheduling appointments. I typically arrive 5 minutes before the appointment, and I find him in the waiting room waiting for ME. Wow! We get started immediately. Throughout the massage he answers my questions about pain points in the body. He even went so far as to look at my MRI so he could treat my condition with medical accuracy. I've never had a masseuse work so hard to please his clients. He does a great job of responding to tension and applying just the right amount of pressure. He also does a great job with cupping therapy. He is simply an outstanding masseuse. Helen was touch and go on hitting pressure points...there was no hand or arm massage just neck, face and head...which I'm cool with because it was good. I was disappointed though in the actual foot massage...it was so gentle and pressure points there were hugely missed. I like the kneading of the muscles and joints ...it relieves the tension to that area but, again this was just literally a massage like my BF would give me with a few extra jabs thrown in. Once outside, my friend said she didn't like hers either for the same reasons. All in all, just a relaxing experience. The salon is very clean and tidy.
