Asked specifically for dip nails and removal was told ten dollars when I went to pay I was charged 55 dollars when I questioned the inflated price another worker who said she over heard the conversation claimed that he misunderstood. If you are working with the public yet you cannot understand them or questions that they ask you shouldn't be working with the public. Would give less than one star if it was possible. read more

Went with friends and had a full set with gel done. Noticed the very next day a few of the nails had bubbles in them. One of the bubbles popped today and uncured gel stated to come out of it. Personally, I don't think the result of these nails were worth the price I paid. read more

Made an appointment, was taken 30 minutes late . It Took 1 hour 45 minutes for one lady to do my daughters pedicure and for the same lady to do 3 of my toes . Finally owner came over and sent the other lady away , and finished painting my last 7 toes . They didn't cut any cuticles , or trim the nails back like we had asked them. Then she rushed us out of the chairs to get our eyebrows done and all this was with an appointment as we didn't even get the people we asked for . Even the woman who normally did eyebrows Naomi ( & we asked specifically for her ) wasn't able to . Owner rushed the waxing and made our eyes red and burned . Didn't even use tweezers to pluck afterwards . She then said " next time you should say you in hurry when you make appointment !" Wow ! We have never had to tell anyone before that , as it's never taken that long - ever . She then said the other woman was from a nail bar and new . One thing I noticed is they take walk ins ahead of people who make appointments and leave the people with appointments sitting . Went there a total of two times , first time was a walk in and a 55 Minute wait as it was day before 4th of July so that's understandable. Two of the employees we had the first time we were there are very nice and friendly ( they were the ones we asked for our appointment) . We will take our business elsewhere and get the care that comes from a well run and organized business . On a side note 4 days later the paint chipped off three nails . The color didn't last . Also my daughter and I were extremely sore from sitting in the massage chairs for almost 2 hours . The place is clean so they have that going for them . read more

I went to I love nails two months ago and got a manicure and pedicure. The owner put acrylic on my two toe nails and today I went down there so she could take them off after work. She told me to have a seat and the man would be with me after he finished a manicure. 50 mins later he had already started on a walk-in that came in with no appointment either. I got up and got my belongings and left. The owner said I'm sorry in a snarky voice. I told her no you are not that is bad business. I will NEVER step foot in that salon again or let anyone I care about EVER have to experience what I went through. I told her how much pain I was in and needed her help. They are not friendly, they do not care and they are money hungry. read more

The young lady and man that did my nails were amazing. At the end the owner yelled at me in front of everyone multiple times about my cuticles being dry and how terrible I was. Then as I go to check out once again screamed at me about not accepts cards and why would I go to a place without cash when their Facebook and signs in the store state they accept all cards other then Amex. When I pressed she said she can process cards but will charge me a fee. By the time I left I was in tears after being yelled at extensive in front of a room full of people. First, I called ahead of time to ask prices, because last time I brought my daughter here the price changed three times before she got her set of acrylics, so on the phone I was told $35 for a set with regular polish and $45 for gel, well when we arrived I asked to pay before the service, we'll here we go again, the price is now $45 with just regular polish for the tip, and they tried to get me not to pay till afterwards, nope I'll pay first, why I have this place a second chance I'll never know, the service is horrible and the staff is very rude, the quality of work isn't worth 50 cents, lesson learned NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! read more

i got a pedicure and a set of dip powder nails. i was pleased with my pedicure, it was honestly a pleasant experience, which is the reason i give this place two stars. my problem is with the nails. first of all, the lady used nail tips to take off my acrylics, which is already a bad sign. they ripped off the top layer of my natural nail, and constantly picked at the nails until they literally ripped off a part of my nail. i bled forever. the lady should have stopped my service here, however she continued. she dipped my nail into the full pot of powder with an OPEN WOUND. it was a new pot too, so now it will always be contaminated. to make matters worse, she drilled away at my nails until every one of them burned any time it was touched. she also constantly hit my cuticles, i have scabs all over the edges of my nail beds! after the dip was actually applied, she WOULD NOT stop filing. she kept saying "one more time" which only made my nails look worse. a wise word of advice; any nail salon in dayton is just as bad as the last. it's worth the drive to chattanooga or knoxville to get quality nails. read more
