I went to Annie's for the first time today and loved every minute! Tai gave me an acrylic fill and Annie gave me a pedicure. Both did a fantastic job (see picture of Annie's awesome design for the 4th; the stars sparkle!). I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be back. read more

Unfortunately, after going to Annie's Nails for over 10 years, I will no longer use this shop. The old vibe of friendliness I was familiar with is gone and the atmosphere is stilted. Annie knew her customers' names and greeted everyone like family. There is also the question of whether all the techs are licensed. Kelly & Tony are licensed and do a good job so if you are making an apptmt, request one of them. I also had a problem with a gift card. It was only 2 months old and they said it had expired! They honored the cost of my service but kept the balance. I lost $ as a result. read more

I had a great visit with Rose, wore the wrong jeans but still I felt relaxed with my pedicure which she used hot stone and boy did that feel so good! I'm happy with the color outcome (gel pedicure) and the in and out prompt service- yes they were busy but I was well attended to. I took my mother (81 with dementia) to Annie's. Unbeknownst to me, a family member had done a terrible job on her feet, cutting the nails too short and causing pain. My mother was irritated at first, not understanding why she felt pain. Annie was so sweet and gentle working with her. I've always been pleased with services at Annie's, and we will be coming back regularly, to ensure Mommy's nails are done properly. read more

I made an appointment and arrived on time. I get a manicure and I get dip polish. I tip well. They wrapped my nails to take the polish off. A youg girl came in the shop and announced she didn't have an appointment but wanted to know if they could work her in. She had dip nails too. They left me sitting for 45 minutes while they took care of the walk in. I walked out. This was so RUDE. read more

I'm giving two stars because my toes themselves look nice but that's where the positive feedback stops. I showed up 12 minutes early for my appointment. I was seated and placed my feet in very lukewarm-tepid water. I was left sitting there for 36 minutes and I even asked like hey can I take my feet out this water has been cold from the start and my feet are pruning from being in so long. The girl working the front didn't apologize or anything, she just placed a towel down for my feet. Finally, the nail tech comes to start my pedicure. She starts to cut my cuticles and dead skin from around my toes and I KID YOU NOT....she wiped all my dead skin onto the tops of my feet and left it there then stuck my feet back in the water to swim around with all that dead skin. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever experienced in a salon. I'm there for a relaxing time of self care which I don't get much of and I'm left angry and grossed out instead. To top it off, my gel pedicure cost $55 which I'd have happily paid for if I wasn't swimming in my own skin and had at least got a decent calf/foot massage. I'll never go back. read more

I moved here from out of state 6 years ago. This is the second nail salon I went to and then never went anywhere else. The technicians are all very knowledgeable and friendly. It is always clean and I feel like they are family when I am there. Since I never know my schedule, I am usually a walk in but even if I have to wait a little while it is not bad. But you can make an appointment if you don't like to wait. Don't get me wrong, it is never empty but I consider that a good thing. Annie always has told me if my nails mess up within the two weeks to come back and they will fix it but I have never had that problem. The services I have received in the past are pedicures, acrylics, gel nails, eye brow waxing and now I do the dip color. As long as I love here I will only use Annie's Nails. read more

I went there for a Mani pedi,gel polish on my toes only.I also had a tip put on each big toe,not a full set and i was charged $95.How in the hell?I ask the man to give me prices in detailed and he started to get a little fussy,so I just said fuck it.But I should of made him detailed my ticket out.I know it wouldn't have totaled $95.The ladies who worked on my feet and hands were amazing and they had the best customer service.But the old man that over charged me was ok until he over charged me and got fussy when I ask him to detail my ticket out.I would never go back and I hope it wasn't because I was black.But I really thought that wasn't right.But god don't like ugly and he will get what's coming to him.get what's coming to him. read more

I needed a new place to get my nails done since I had just moved here so I took a chance on this place, and I COMPLETELY REGRET IT! Where do I begin?! It's never taken more than an hour and a half for a manicure AND a pedicure so this was AWFUL considering it took an hour for JUST A MANICURE (and two different women helped)! The first nail tech lady offered to help me pick a color because I was having a hard time finding a color, considering they don't have a great variety, but she didn't listen to my request at all! She gave me blue with glitter; I asked for light purple with no glitter. It's no wonder they hired ONE CAUCASIAN nail tech because no one who worked there had great English! Not to mention the Caucasian lady was offensive during conversation. Also, the first nail tech lady does NOT know how to shape nails properly! I asked for squoval (square with round sides), but she gave me squares!!!! The second nail tech lady was completely appalling! We are at a nail salon, and not only did she take her hair down & run her fingers though her DANDRUFF FILLED SCALP, but she didn't wash her hands before she serviced me! It was COMPLETELY DISGUSTING! A different nail tech offered to redo my nails, but I didn't have the time to sit for another hour! I had to get to my college class! (As a college student who is in school full-time and works full-time, I don't have extra time for redo's because of someone else's ignorance/mistakes). I've never been disappointed to this extent with any nail salon before, but this one is #1 for the worst nail salon ever! read more

Enjoyable place to get pedicures, me and the wife went there for Valentine's Day. They staff was real good and I felt they did a good job. The only thing the place lacks is a little professionalism. Pretty sure the owner was drinking out where the customers were and the employees were kind of yelling across the establishment back and forth. May or may not return again read more
