First time ordering here and I wasn't disappointed at all. My husband ordered a 15 piece lemon pepper wings with French fries and I ordered a philly cheese steak with fries. The food was hot and delicious. I don't eat chicken, but my husband said the lemon pepper flavored wings were really tangy and good. He had ranch sauce for his dipping for the wings. My sub was seasoned well and plenty of meat. Our French fries were good too. I like my fries fried kind of hard, but they were fine. The restaurant have many different flavored wings, Chinese rice, gyros, salad, fish, shrimp, hamburgers and sides. Also, many different soft drinks and punch. If we had to do it all over again, my husband said he will keep the same order and I will order a gyro and cole slaw. We have food left over because it's a lot that they give. I have never we had the opportunity to visit this place in person. This review is based off Uber Eats Delivery. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and a 10 piece wings platter. Philly Cheesesteak- It was cooked perfectly for Georgia standards. The usual steak, onions, peppers, cheese and Mayo. Sweet Chili Wings- Horrible. I ordered all flats and paid extra for them. I received standard drums and flats. Wings were quite small. I asked for extra crispy. They were soft. Wings were supposed to be tossed in sweet Chili sauce. They couldn't be bothered with making sure all wings had sauce. Looks like they dipped a ladle in sauce and just laid it on top of wings. They really had no taste. Would not buy their wings again. Shrimp Fried Rice- Paid $2.79 extra because I didn't want fries. It was okay but tasted like old grease slightly like their grill. I'm up in the air on this one. Up until today, my service had always been good and the Veggie Philly offering here was/is comparable to almost any of the Veggie Philly options in the immediate area, in price, quality and taste, but on principle alone, I can't and won't continue to spend ANY more money here. As the Owner of a business, when you hire new staff, it's your responsibility to get your new hires properly trained, cover for them and pick up their slack - NOT blame them for ANY AND ALL hiccups in the efficiency of your business. Upon entering we were greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly attitude ! I love the cashier he was amazing . He was able to recommend certain meals , deals and flavors to us . I tried the W. T. Best wings, I don't care what other people say. The WTF wings here are amazing and I swear worthy of a noble peace prize. The flavor combination is lemon pepper, teriyaki, and honey hot. Mind blown on the deliciousness scale, if you love wings definitely come here. A ten piece wing meal with, fries, drink, celery and blue cheese is under $10. The wings are a really good size unlike our beloved Amercian Deli just around the way. They also have good lemon pepper wet wings and yes that's a flavor also delicious. But seriously if you are a wing connoisseur like myself and sometimes just need a wing fix, then I say come here and get the WTF wings and you won't be disappointed. I've eaten here a few times and the customer service has always been great. I also have only went in the evening's. Today I tried them for lunch and the woman at the register had poor customer service! I stood at the register for 5mins and watched her bag several orders she never acknowledged me at all. I had the worst expirence here yesterday. I placed an order for food for myself and a friend, while getting our drinks the lady at the register kept yelling our number. The resturant was not pack there was literally only one other person in here picking up an order. The lids for the drink were not stocked so we were looking for lids. Took our drink to the counter without a lid to request lids and my friends knocks over my drink. He begins to clean up the mess. I ask the lady at the counter may I have another cup. She states, "Boy, you better pick that cup up and rise it off, or I will have to charge you." I asked her was she serious? she stated yes. Then proceeds to tell the man standing watching what she told me. He comes from behind the count and takes the broom from my friend to finishing cleaning but does not offer me another cup. I decided to go one day because I was in the mood for wings, upon arriving I noticed things looked much differently and so did the menu. I ordered wings and noticed the price for them had gone up as well but I was fine with that but what I wasn't fine with was the fact that the wing size had changed as well. They were the size of my pinky finger and I didn't want to pay so much for some very little wings. In addition, they messed up my order. I use to be a regular at this establishment before they changed owners. Even after they changed I still use to order quite alot. It was my daughter's birthday so I wanted to order wing and fries for her class and take it to her school. They kids normally have lunch at 11:30am so I asked the cashier what time does he think 75 wings will be ready since they start cooking at 11am. He said he didnt know. I asked him if he could ask the chef since i needed to know if the wings would be ready for me to take it to my kids school in time for their lunch time. He said because of a language barrier he cant ask the chef's. I then asked him who will know if the would be ready by11:30am. He said that he will need to call the owner to find out if they could fill my order. He then proceed to call the owner and asked if my 75 wings could be ready for 11:30am. The manager said they could fill my order and enquired if i was going to pay for the order one time. I told the cashier yes i'll be paying for my order immediately. I then asked the cashier how many kids would the largest size of fries feed since i wanted to get fries also for the kids. He then said he doesnt know. I told him I wanted fries for 25 kids so i needed to know how many of the largest size I'll need to get. He then started to give me attitude and proceeded to show me an empty box and said thats the box the fries came in. I asked him if he could then call the owner and find out since he doesn't know anything thats going on in the store. He got upset and replied that the owner doesn't know also.
