I come to this location 4-5 times a week and last night was enough for me to never return again. The food is actually good, which makes this situation even more disappointing. While waiting for my food, the older man handling drinks and peppers was throwing my peppers around carelessly like they were toys. I calmly said, "Please don't play with my food, I have to eat that." His response was immediately aggressive and completely unprofessional. He responded by saying, "Nobody is playing with your motherfucking food," then proceeded to tell me to "get the fuck out of the store." In front of customers, he also referred to me as "the bitch" and continued cursing loudly while staff stood around doing nothing. I asked for the manager and was falsely told the manager had "just left," even though I had literally just spoken to him moments earlier while ordering. Then security came and stood next to me as if I had done something wrong, despite me remaining calm the entire time. This employee has had a horrible attitude every single time I've come in, but this crossed the line completely. No customer should ever be cursed out, disrespected, or made to feel unsafe simply for asking someone not to mishandle food they paid for. The level of disrespect and hostility was completely unacceptable. Businesses that tolerate employees verbally abusing paying customers will continue to lose loyal customers. We usually add wings, fries, and onion rings to our order, and every now and then we get the whiting fish, which is also delicious! Whether we dine in or order through a delivery service, the experience is always great. The staff is super friendly, and our food comes out fast.....even when we order big family meals or trays for parties, the wait is never long. Nov 5th 2025..4.08 pm..was my 3rd visit, at this old national location...I purchased the 6 wings dinner, price was $10 19....I also order 2 small banana puddings,and a bottle Pepsi..total cost was $22.64....the wings were decent sized ,always hot.....their chicken is nothing special..it tastes like someone cooked it at their home... bland ,no seasoning or spices, could be tasted, only..salt..salt...their chicken is to dam salty....their French fries are not good at all mine are always greasy and crunchy.....my 2nd visit I purchased the chicken tenders and perch fish dinner..which consisted of 3 large chicken tenders and 2 pieces of fried perch fish ...again nothing special as to the taste..again the French fries , didn't taste good..I also purchased a piece of lime cake...the cake was very dry, and not moist...I suggest if you purchase their chicken tenders..please bring your own favorite dipping sauce.....they do give you plenty of hot sauce .....their banana pudding consisted of instant pudding, 4 wafers, and 4 slices of bannas..its acceptable, but nothing to rave about .....my 1st visit I purchased a 10 piece wings dinner,..banana pudding.....and this time the male black older cashier, asked if I wanted to try the seasoning salt on my chicken, in which I replied yes.....in my opinion the restaurant shouldn't put that seasoning on any customer's food unless the customers request.....the 2nd and 3rd visit I got an abundance of seasoning salt on my food without my permission.....so will I return.. maybe, only for the fish dinner..the establishment was,clean...the restroom was very clean, most staff was friendly, except the old male black, even after I give him a tip,and said thank you..he never responded....their is a cute female black cashier, with blonde dreads....she is cute,professional, please always tip her.. as I do.. read more

Where do I begin!? First, the service is quick and efficient. Ordered inside, all the options looked too good but I settled on the chicken & shrimp combo for 12.99!! Everything was seasoned so well, wings weren't huge and the special garlic seasoning they sprinkled on top was too good! Although food is fried it didn't have that "greasy" taste to it. Food was a 9/10. The extra "crack" makes it so much more flavorful. The lemonade is a must have!! You can add flavor to it if you want and they have a variety to choose from. Service was normal as they were very busy when we walked in. You can dine in or take out and we decided to dine in to sit and enjoy our food. I've been out here for a year now and have been told to try this place a while back. Well, I finally did (via Doordash) and unfortunately I was not impressed. The seasoning was perfect. It came hot. The portions were great. But the fish had an eggy-like after taste and worst of all, the batter was peeling off the fish soooo easily. It wasn't even a crunchy batter either. It's just really frustrating to eat fried fish that falls apart in your hand and can't stand up to a dip in hot sauce without the coating coming off. read more
