I feel completely taken advantage of after paying $314 for two gel pedicures, a soak-off and hard gel French manicure for me, and Gel-X with designs for my daughter. Additionally, I was hit with additional fees that (despite what the business claims) was absolutely never disclosed beforehand, including $10 for "shape," $10 for "length," and $35 for the design. When I questioned these charges, the staff gave vague explanations and could not clearly tell me what the base Gel-X service actually includes if shape and length are both charged separately. What made the experience worse was the dismissive response when I questioned the bill. I was essentially told, "That's how we charge," and that other customers don't have an issue with it. That's not an acceptable response to a customer asking why she was charged fees that were never communicated. If a choice costs extra, that needs to be clearly disclosed before the service is performed -- not sprung on someone at checkout when it's too late to decline it. For $314, I expected exceptional service and transparent pricing. Instead, I left feeling completely taken advantage of. The undisclosed add-ons, inability to clearly explain the Gel-X pricing, dismissive response when I questioned the bill, and both of us leaving with bleeding toes made this an extremely disappointing experience. Beware of this salon - I absolutely would not return or recommend this salon.

I can only assume that the nail techs were ready to go and that's why they were rushing. They did my feet and nails at the same time. I showed the pictures on my phone and the nail tech told me she could only do two colors and she was unable to do the three colors which the image I wanted had. I said okay and picked my two colors. The person doing my feet had a specific name for what I wanted and she told the person doing my nails. When My feet were done u assumed we would transition to do the design I asked for . None of that was done. My toes were one color. I asked what happen to the two colors I asked for and everyone looked crazy. The person doing my nails said she could no longer do the style and suggested an alternate design that I was going to be charged for. I was totally disappointed but what made this trip to this salon more upsetting is I got my nails done for a dream trip I was taking 3 days later. My nail appointment was on a Wednesday evening. We flew out Saturday morning by the time we boarded the airplane I had completely lost one full nail. Not chipped completely gone! By Sunday I had four nails lifting. I opted to remove the nails so this would not frustrate me during my trip. This whole salon experience was a waste of time and money. I won't be able to go back.

It was brought to my attention recently that when we left the owner had made negative remarks about my face. Please note I was mauled by a 200 lb dog when I was 8 years old. I had thousands of stitches and was in the ICU unit. Have had multiple surgeries. She went as far as to look into my social media to find my plastic surgeon. This is bullying at its finest and mean spirited. This was not done with intent of care or concern. Her only intent was to gossip and degrade me in front of staff and clients.
