I decided to try this place bc I heard great things about the upgraded pedicures. My first take was the place seemed clean and the services were good. However, afterwards I seemed to have an allergic reaction to something but thought it was coincidental. I tried it again and had the sports pedi but this time, I broke out severely with allergic reaction on both legs. Nothing OTC is working to help relieve the pain and itch. Belle palace is a nail chain but provides very good service. The place is pretty big inside. There are a ton of stations and pedicure spa features. They quickly greeted us and sat us down for our pedicure. I really like their massage chairs...it can go back and forth as well as has different massaging features. The pedicure was hygienic and the lady was super precise when putting on the polish. I really like how she took time to make sure I was ok with the water temp before starting. I was a little disappointed this time compared to the previous time I visited this location since she put on the drying spray on my feet instead of letting me sit under the dryer longer (the pedicure ended up getting messed up which I didn't notice until after I left). My favorite part about this place is the candy on top of the dryers (I can't help but eat them every time I visit). read more

Scheduled our pedicure couple hours in advance. Location was clean and spacious and plenty of waiting room chairs. They even provided us with candy and tea. We were promptly brought to the massage chairs for our pedicure. Was slightly annoying to sit on the chairs, especially since we had to remove our shoes in a very awkward position. however, after we got over that hurdle, we were comfortable for the rest of our session. One day hubby says let's go and get our feet done at somewhere nice. I check Yelp Philly and Cherry Hill, and finally decided to try Belle Palace Nails and Spa. You know what caught my attention? It is the fact that they offer drinks with your pedicures. I do know another spot in Center City that also offers that service, but my daughter didn't have a good experience with them. And what's better than free parking? I couldn't say no to that lol. On the day of our services, we were caught in traffic, so I call and notify them that we will be 15 minutes late, the front staff were very nice about it and didn't make me feel guilty. When we arrived, we were seated immediately. This place looks really upscale comparing to the average salons in Philly. My daughter got the gel spa pedi, hubby got the sport pedi, and I got the relaxation pedi. All three of us enjoyed our pedi and of course the drinks!! Me and my lo also got our nails done. In the past, I was always weary of nail technician's work because the manicure would never last as long as expected. I would experience chipping and cracks rather quickly. Disappointed with the work, I would often give up and either move onto a new salon or just forgo having my nails done. This is my favorite nail salon in the area by far. Decided to try somewhere new for a pedicure. This place is very pretty with a lot of stations. I called ahead for an appointment and they were able to get me in at a reasonable time. I was taken right away. The chairs are comfortable with the usual massage options. The place was clean and they use a plastic bag in the water area so your feet never touch a common area. The jet stream hits your heal where I prefer the ones that hit your toes. I never got the name of the girl who was working on me but she seemed nice. However she worked so hard on my toes that a number of them ended up bleeding. She made no comment about that and a number of the stung when she sprayed the alcohol on my toes. By the time she was finished my toes were throbbing. Once finished she got up and I never saw her again. I was able to use a coupon which I got online for signing up on their web page. It offered a 30% discount which was nice especially since I felt the price of $29 to be a bit high. Im sad to say I won't be back. read more

The place is so beautiful as well! I wanted something fun and different for my nails and heard that this place was good with designs and stuff. I came in for a Yelp Elite experience and I asked for a basic manicure with gel polish. I previously had my nails done from a different salon and it was also a basic manicure with gel polish but they did not do as good of a job as Belle Palace. This salon is located in a plaza so there's plenty of parking and easy to find. When I first walked in, I was amazed by how grand and fancy Belle Palace looked. The cleanliness, organized, and chic nail spa is just the right place to for a self care day. I found it so unique that Belle hosts parties for bridal, kids, etc. They also do many nail services including nail art which is quite hard to find at a regular nail salon. My nail tech was Nathan and he kept me entertained while he was prepping my nails. I usually do not like talking, I prefer relaxing but Nathan was incredible. We had a lot in common and it felt therapeutic to talk to Nathan. He was very patient and gentle, it didn't feel rushed at all. Overall, I am very pleased with the result and experience at Belle Palace. My cuticles look and feel great and my nail color and shape are so much better than what I had before, I will be back! read more

This is my second visit to Belle Palace for a gel mani. My daughter and I had appointments at the same time. I was choosing my color and helping her to pick hers when the tech approached us up front and asked if I was ready. I told her I was picking a color and she wanted me to hurry. Not a good start. Then she said we couldn't sit together. Okay. The tools that they use are NOT sanitized. This made me very nervous & uneasy. She did not properly soak off the previous gel polish so she used the electric file on my nails and the skin around my nails! Then she proceeded to dig off the rest with the manual tools. Very rough and rushed. She said the bottle was almost empty for the color I picked so then she tried to get me to pick one of the two bottles she had in her drawer. I asked if she could get the color palettes for me since my fingertips were wrapped in foil. She motioned that I could go up front and get them. Okay. Come back and she rushed through the manicure. Did not wash my hands or wrap in hot towels. I don't recommend this place primarily for the lack of infection control and customer service. read more

I made an appt for the Belle Signature Pedicure. It shows the pedicure is 60 minutes. The technician who did this seemed to be in a rush and made this the most un relaxing pedicure. She was done in 40 minutes. This pedicure cost $65 !!! Sooooo not worth it!! I would have thought I'd get a foot massage for the $65 but did not!! My nail technician Bobby (who has been responsible for keeping my nails perfect for 4-5 years) recently moved to this location and I HAPPILY drive the hour to see him every month. I cannot comment on the other technicians, since my business is solely with Bobby, but they all seem professional and the spa is clean and spacious. There are TONS of nail color options, more than I've seen anywhere else (which I love.) I guarantee if you book with Bobby, you will not regret it. He is an absolute pro with shaping nails and he has made every one of my nail dreams come true. Plus he's funny, kind, and personable. Trust me and book with Bobby. I recently had the worst mani/pedi to date, the employee was very rough even after telling him multiple times he was hurting me he would just laugh it off. I have not used this salon yet but am scheduled this afternoon @4:30. I'm writing this because I am HUGE on reviews and what I noticed is the owners responses to customers who have given less than good reviews. The level of professionalism is outstanding. Now this is great customer service. Every response was positive no matter the complaint!!! Now I'm hoping my nails look phenomenal because I am extremely impressed by the owners ownership of any issues and not making the customer feel bad or humiliated. It is so hard to find a salon that respects the customer whether it's their 1st visit of 100th! Great job!!! Edit: My appointment was last night & I am so happy. I have very, very sensitive nail beds and was so nervous but my nail tech Louis was amazing!!! No discomfort with the file AT ALL!!! This place is really really nice inside!!! They also have a private room for groups/bachelorette parties. My pedicure was great and the girl took her time. My only complaint is regarding my manicure- I had gel on my fingers, and the girl was SO ROUGH taking it off!!! She only let my fingers soak with the alcohol tinfoil for 30 seconds, then proceeded to use a Full sized long nail file to rub off the gel polish. All my nail beds are sore several days later, and 3 fingers bled while i was at the salon. However, The paint job is very well done and they have a very wide selection of colors (and they have perfectly matching gel:regular sets- I get so annoyed when the salons say "oh this color matches close enough" and your fingers and toes don't wind up matching) Prices are fair, but the guy at the counter when I was checking out said he should charge me extra to get the gel polish off my toes but was kind enough to take off the extra charge since there was literally only 5 toes that still had some polish on them and it came off in seconds because it was 3 months old...thanks, I guess? I definitely recommend this place but they don't know the proper way to take off gel polish without destroying your fingers, so don't go if you need gel removed. read more

I am so disappointed in my service today. I went to get a full set of nails done and I am utterly horrified with the result. My nail technician was very aggressive to begin with and was even filing my own skin. Additionally, each nail came out a different shape, size, width, and each one goes in a different direction. I know I was certainly overcharged, as I know that a job like this is certainly not worth anywhere near what I payed. One of my nails literally looks like its about to pop off at any moment! One of my friends also had her nails done (French tip). Not only was the color completely off and they refused to fix it, but each French tip was a different size, and her overall nail looks very clumpy. I would not recommend this place at all. read more
