I'm usually so happy about my nails. I come every few weeks, but today im very upset about them. I requested a simple white accent flower on my ring finger and it looks horrible! along with my cuticles were shaved back so far my one finger is still hurting after 3 hours and it almost bled! there's such a gap between where they're painted it looks like I've had them on for a week. there's see through spots and some of the edges are not painted at all. I'm so upset and i definitely plan to go back in tomorrow and complain. This was supposed to be a relaxing day because I've had a stressful week and now I'm even more stressed. read more

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure! They have massage chairs and a huge assortment of colors to choose from , both gel and regular, and they offer water or wine each visit. They also do great manicures. Lisa does an amazing and thorough job every time . Everyone I have had does a good job. read more

I got an acrylic the only thing I didn't like was that they didn't clean and file my nails before gluing on the nails other than that they were super welcoming friendly and helpful with it being my first time getting acrylics and my nails turned out beautiful I will definitely be going back read more

Got a walk in appointment, felt like a millionaire. Changed my mind 3 times on the color but this man was patient and I settled on a summer color. Fast to work, listened to my quirks about fussy toes that I give special treatment to and did just what I asked. Friendly hostess. They pushed dip on me when I wanted gel. Hated it. The color was way darker than I picked. The guy who did my nails was rough, hurt my nail beds and when trimming my cuticles cut 2 of my fingers and then told me to relax. I left with bleeding fingers. Not a good experience, but it was clean, most people were nice and they had a lot of colors to choose from. My poor review is based upon the specific technician I had. read more

We seem to have a problem with nail salons in my humble town of Hudson. I have yet to go to one where I don't feel slightly "ripped-off". Let's face it the price is the same everywhere you go so why in the world would you not want to get the best service possible for the price. I do feel like this place is 3-5 dollars more and then they want the tip via cash or personal check which is a pain in the ass if you ask me. I have been here twice and have had two different people. I will not go back and decided this in the first two minutes I was there last time as I was escorted to a chair the minute I stepped in and the water was already sitting on the table and it was stone cold! I got no hand/arm massage and no leg massage really. Mary did my mani-pedi and I left there feeling like it was a wham-bam-thank you ma'am type of job. Went during the week when they offer a special for manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was very good although as the salon filled up, the nail technician rushed through my manicure in record time. Since this was my second visit to the salon, and my first visit was really good, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Fyi, they offered water when I sat down. Paulina was the nice lady who did my toes. She was very nice and professional l. Super courteous of making sure things weren't too hot or cold. I would say it was just an overall great service experience. I would recommend to all friends everywhere!!! :-) Came back again. I guess Paulina is the only good one here. Just went to this nail salon. They ripped me off. There is a sign on at least two walls that says if you pay in cash, $2 discount one service, $4 discount for two services. No stipulations are stated. I first went here three weeks ago. Paid cash, received a $2 discount. I decided to go back today just for that reason. I had the exact same service. I paid in cash. They wouldn't give me the discount (for the exact same service I just had!). Said they don't discount on my service. Even though they did before and the sign says they do. Gave the nail gal a $20. She gives me a five in return so I gave it back to her and asked for ones in return. She then acts like she doesn't understand English (even though we had just had a conversation in English) takes my $5 and says thank you and I was done. No change. I had already addressed the mgr about the lack of discount so I decided that I would just leave. Nobody spoke to me when I left. In the future I will take my $20 and spend it at one of the many, many other nail salons around town. It's too bad because somebody had recommended this salon to me. After my first time, I recommended it to three of my friends. I'm taking all of my compliments back. Never again will I go here. And I WILL pass the word. It's really not about the $2 anymore when it comes to customer service. read more

The last two times I have been to iNails with an appointment, they have not honored my times due to "staffing issues". It's frustrating. This last time we left after not getting started 20 minutes after our appointment time, and the staff there was really rude about our leaving. I personally will not be returning! read more

My nail tech gave me a gel pedicure. The nails themselves turned out okay but there was a lot of hard pressing on my toes which hurt a bit. When I took my polish off there were two big bruises underneath my big toenails. My toenails may now fall off if the bruises continue to spread. read more

They were busy today so I had to wait a bit but I was happy to wait because the ladies keep checking on me and asking me if I am okay. The service was very good, I was very satisfied with the work. Seriously disappointed, took my daughter to have her nails done since she received a gift card to inails from her aunt. We went in and specifically asked for a pedicure with regular polish and gel polish only for fingernails, no manicure. They gave her a pedicure and added a "free" flower then took her to paint her nails and gave her a manicure and gel nails and then charged me for both mani/pedi. I will not be going back and would strongly suggest that you watch over exactly what they are doing so they don't over charge you or do something you didn't ask for nor want. read more

I was a walk in for a gel manicure. The tech who started me nails was obviously sick, sniffling, sneezing and leaving to blow her nose. At one she got up, walked away and never came back. A male came, sat down and said nothing to me and just started to buff my nails. A few silent minutes in he stood up, walked away and never came back. It was bizarre and unprofessional. It was at this point I looked around and noticed how dirty the salon was. Dirty counters, lamps, trays. Even the trash was overflowing. I should have gotten up and walked out but a new tech showed up and started to chat and finish my manicure. Absolutely horrible experience. I have gone to iNails a few times and each time I was able to put up with the bad service because it was cheap. Today I went for a gel manicure and when I walked in I was told it would be 5-10 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked again and they told me 3 more minutes. 10 minutes passed after that and then I am led to a chair where I continue to sit for another 10 minutes before I am helped. I have been there 3 times now. There will not be a 4th. Every time I have gone, I get this nasty old lady. She doesn't wash her hands, or wear gloves like the other ladies doing pedicures do. I would never go back to this place. I had a younger girl giving me a manicure while texting on her cell phone. My cuticles were badly cut and bleeding. The nail polish ended up looking clumpy and uneven. I barely got an apology from the girl who did my nails. I've been trying to find a good nail spot in Hudson since moving here a couple of years ago and this is the best in the area. The people are great, gel manicure lasts forever and lots of service level options for a pedi. Only reason I'm giving them a 4 vs. a 5 is that they tend to keep you waiting.
