I got the deluxe pedicure and it comes with hot stones and parafin wax. This was my first time coming. My mom came and she got the basic. She was a little disappointed for what she is used to as far as a pedicure. We both do gel on our toes, and they do charge extra which we don't mind- most salons do charge extra. They have a good selection of gel colors. The fish tank in the middle of the salon is cool too. We both got our nails done, we do a gel overlay with gel polish. My girl was very good for both my toes and nails. Some of the staff is not the friendliest. read more

We came here based on the good reviews however we were both disappointed so I feel obligated to share our experience. My mom got the premium pedicure for $50 and her technician rushed through her service. I opted for the spa pedicure and manicure advertised for $65 and agreed to gel polish on my toes for an additional $15 however at checkout I was charged $40 for the pedicure, $15 for gel and $30 for the manicure (mind you, I didn't even make her paint my nails yet she hardly got my cuticles trimmed which was the entire point). She refused to honor the $65 mani/pedi because I got gel polish. We were really hoping this would be our new salon but onto the next one. read more

I've been trying out different nail salons. I was a walk in and was waited on right away, I was lucky to get Jade. She is fast. Usually I get very antsy in a chair and time just flew by. It's so close to Restore that I'll come here on Saturdays after my treatment. It's the same area as Wild Bill's. I like that it's not in an average strip mall. They will be repaving this area very soon. There is a nice atmosphere here. A good size bathroom to the left as you walk in, not way hell and gone for once. I've been doing dip powder so I have my own nails. They have a good variety. Lately I've been going with white cause it matches everything. I like how she doesn't spread it on thick, there's nothing worse than that. This experience put me in a really good mood. read more

I have been coming here for over two years and one of the years I lived in Georgia. Kelly the owner has always done my nails and her artistic ability is phenomenal. I have never found anyone else that can design anything you request. My husband finally found someone that understands how to address in grown toe nails painlessly Vanessa is the person. Everyone is so professional and the shop is so clean and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I travel today for 45 minutes to get to this salon but it is totally worth it. Wow, I'm from CA and haven't gotten a pedicure a month. I selected the pampered pedicure ($45) and the lady who pampered me was amazing. Deep cleaned my crusty toes, scrubbed all the dead skin, and massaged my feet well! I never got all three boxes checked! My toes are super cute and my feet are super happy. I went to Ultra Nails having had a few acrylic sets done elsewhere that were just, you know, not good! Either they were too thick, or they lifted quickly, or were rough when they grew out. Having read goods reviews about Ultra Nails, I decided to try it. My experience was wonderful! They are open late, so no pressure to get there early, the ambiance was cozy and comfortable, and the fish tank is especially relaxing. My nail tech (I forget her name, but I think she was the manager) was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and shared several facts with me that helped me understand my nails better. She was very friendly and we had good conversation about our holiday plans. But most of all, she did an excellent job on my nails. Over two weeks later, they are growing out nicely. AND, she was able to apply the acrylic thinly, so as to make them look more like my natural nail. This is a difficult skill, apparently, as she is only the second person who has ever done this on my nails. read more

I have been seeing Kevin and Kelly at Ultra Nails for almost 2 years now. They have consistently provided quality service and my nails never break before I need my next fill. They are always very friendly, they remember their customers by name, and will make sure you leave feeling great All of the nail technicians are very talented and very kind. The salon is very clean and cute with a really beautiful salt water aquarium in the center. There is always nice music playing, the pedicure chairs are massage chairs as well (always a plus), and I have never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend, this is a great salon! read more

The staff were amazing! The best nails I have ever gotten done from a salon. They take time and care to give you even and crisp acrylic nails. I got my nails done before my wedding and they came out better than expected. I highly recommend! The salon was also very clean and they service you right away. I was super if-y about coming. I brought my partner in for an anniversary "date" if you will for a gel manicure and I spent like 45 minutes to try and find a place with good reviews and wasn't too crazy expensive. The person I got was super sweet and brought up good conversation, but was a little slow compared to the person my partner got, who was finished in almost 30 minutes. But to be fair, the person who did my partner's nails said she'd been doing nails for 7 years! I was done closer to the 1 hour mark, which is fine, I was anticipating that. The place was clean with nice decor and decent music. If you're wondering "why just 5 stars if you liked it?" Well, I didn't get lotion and when I tried to bring it up, they just had me use the cuticle oil to "moisturize", which isn't bad, but not preferred. All in all I spent $100 on two gel manicures because it's $40 per gel manicure and I like to tip for obvious reasons. Did I tip a lot? Yes. I don't mind but at the same time when I went to ask for them to break a $20, the person just said "you want $10 for me and $10 for her right?" So it was a tiny bit awkward to say "actually no can you do $5s?" All in a good experience but a tad too expensive for what I got. I'd come again but I'd like to find something a tiny bit less expensive in my opinion. read more

Just had another wonderful experience at Ultra Nails! I enjoy the simplicity and convience of making appointments. Either calling the store or communicating directly with my favorite artist- it's easy to book a time slot quickly. Upon entering- I feel relaxed and welcome. I'm greeted promptly and my service begins on time. That's not always the case with nail salons. The space itself is very welcoming. It doesn't present as something that it is not. Smoke and mirrors doesn't always equate to good service. Ultra nails presents as itself- comfortable and welcoming while providing fantastic service and results. Love the relaxing instrumental music and saltwater fish tank. These details add to the relaxing atmosphere. I opt for standard nail polish pedicures and gel manicures. However, Ultra Nails offers the works when it comes to nails- many colors, styles, methods and options. I highly recommend Ultra Nails. You won't be disappointed and you're sure to find a favorite new artist and friend; Kelly is amazing. A kind soul and does wonderful with nails! She recently took over as owner. I came because they had good reviews, but I won't be returning. I requested a basic mani and it was finished in record time, resulting in chipping two days later. Additionally, I had to ask the technician to remove some hangnails. I guess he just didn't want to be there and I paid the price. By the way, I used this same bottle of polish at another nail shop recently and my nails looked great for two weeks! What a disappointment and waste of money. I could've done it myself and had better results. read more

I don't like to give reviews unless I have gone into a business several times to ensure I am being fair. But...watch out if you go to this salon. Their staff make mistakes which you end up paying for. They will give you a regular pedicure with gel top coat so when you come back they can charge you for gel removal when you never asked for gels in the first place. Also, they never trim your nails properly so when they start to grow out you start to get ingrown nails. I've never had this happen until I got pedicures from them. I have been there 3 times and consistently had the exact same issues. They also get sloppy when painting your nails and have missed spots that are visible to to the naked eye. They do not pay attention to details and will use wrong polishes and top coats, spill water all over your shoes so you go home in wet flip flops. Mind you when they soaked my shoes they didn't even bother to give me the cheap 2 cent flip flops they normally give you in the salon. They also finish the job and leave you in the chair. Nobody comes back to help put your shoes on. I am not talking about times when they are busy. There are staff sitting around but nobody can help you get your shoes on so the polish wont smudge and you get to wait for them at the register to pay while they lounge around oblivious to the fact there are customers in the store. They also are ignorant to the fact that when a customer tells you they have an injury to please not do one thing or another that it means DON'T DO IT! They do not listen to the words coming out of the customer's mouth and carry on as they please. It is not ok. I have never ever had any of these issues in another salon. Poor customer service, poor service quality. 3rd time there was the worst. read more

Best shape, customer service, and attention to detail! Huong is the absolute best! Went here on a whim after getting less than satisfactory pedicure at my normal salon. Got an appt quickly and with ease. This was the best shape and thickness I've ever gotten! Even when they didn't have the color I wanted, nail tech brought back 4 other options that were close. When they decided the color needed to be brightened, he put a white coat under the color. The attention to detail and showing the best work off is unmatched! read more

I travel a lot and like to maintain well groomed as I see a lot of clients. In my travels I stumble across a few "great places" and I found one today and it's my new favorite destination place I was a walk in looking for a manicure and pedicure and I'm so glad I walk into Ultra Nails in Oakdale/Woodbury, MN. Van is the best in the business. She is so much fun to go visit ever 2 to 3 weeks. She knows all of the colors, and tolerates my lack of commitment to any color. She always does a beautiful job, even if I bring in a random Pinterest picture for her to copy. I have had pedicures by most of her staff and have always left happy! read more

This nail shop was so clean, tidy, and the workers were so nice! I asked for the gel nail set and ombré French nails (total was $45) and I am not disappointed! It looks so good! I'll definitely be coming back. They were very patient, and cleaned/peeped/finished my nails so well. The prices were very reasonable as well. I've been coming here awhile and it's usually a good place. It's not the cheapest-but the quality has been good. Today I stopped in to have two nails repaired-I was asked multiple times who did my nails and watched other techs sit as I waited. Any one of the techs could have done this. They said I would need to wait until the person who did my nails originally to finish. I waited for a few minutes then told them-it's ok, any one of you could do this and you're choosing not to. I dropped nearly $100 every 2 wks here, and I won't be coming back. The true measure of a business is not how they handle happy clients, it's how they handle unhappy clients. This place is super convenient but it's not worth it to me. read more

Established in 2016.

We opened on the 16th of December 2016. Our techs have over 20 years of experience combined. We care about YOU first. Cleanliness is of utmost importance. We use Disposable one time use liners on every pedicure chair that means its practically a new bowl for you every time. We will not use powder dip nails because we do not want the chance to share any possible contamination from one person to another as powder nails you dip the powder in the same cup every customer. We do offer a paraffin wax however it is thrown away after each use and not remelted to save on cost.

I haven't had a nail salon do this before so it was the perfect ending to a delightful experience. 10/10 recommend TT's Nail Salon, located right next to the Mattress Firm on City Walk Drive. Plenty of parking and they are open til 7:00 pm, which is perfect for those needing a visit after work. I had a 50 minute deep tissue massage and I wish I would have booked longer. It was sooooo relaxing! The table was heated, so that felt nice! I am 240lbs and 5'7 and fit on the table fine. I also had a 2x robe and it also fit perfectly! Definitely plus size friendly! After my massage I waited in the lobby area a little longer to enjoy my relaxation and then headed to the women's locker room to change. There is a shower if you prefer to not go home with lotion on you. When you go to leave, they will hold the door open for you and I feel like that is a very nice touch! I will absolutely be back!

The wrap was also great but if you don't like being wet and if having scrub on you and then getting under a blanket gives you the Heeby jeebies then I'd maybe avoid that one. This was my first time visiting this salon. It's a beautifully designed salon with comfortable seating, flowers, tropical fish in an aquarium, and orchids in the windows. The staff is some of the friendliest I've ever encountered. I had a walk-in pedicure with the lavender scrub, which was sensational. My technician, Lyn, did an amazing job on my feet. You know how you can always tell whether or not a person cares about what they're doing? Well, I could definitely tell that Lyn cared about doing a great job. This is the most careful paint job I've gotten. She even went around my nails with a brush dipped in remover to clean up any mistakes. Maybe my bar had been set too low, because I've always had my nails done just wherever, but this is the best pedicure I've ever gotten. read more

It was nearing the end of the day for them, but they continued to stay open and get me in - talk about customer service! Each technician acknowledged me and thanked me for my patience, while they finished with their current customers before getting to me. I really didn't mind and felt very relaxed and comfortable! This is the most modern, leanest, beautiful nail salon in Woodbury. I went in to buy a gift card for my mom couple of days before Mother's Day. The lady who was helping me is so friendly. It was packed at that time, yet she took her time to talk to me and explained all type of pedicures and other services. My mom and I went in for pedicures this week and we loved it. Today was my first time at Ultra Nails; nice, clean, modern salon for a gel manicure. The nail techs were friendly and professional, no yelling at each other across the salon. They bring a basket to the station that has all the color selections and there are lots to choose from. They take all major credit cards and you can easily add a tip when you check out. Had a very pleasant time here. Place was very clean. Had a wonderful pedicure. They were very friendly and had lots of fun. Only down side, We had an appointment for 1:00, two pedis. When we walked in they were very busy. When I told her we had appointments she looked at me like I had two heads. We did not get seated until 1:40. They are popular so there's a good chance you won't be able to walk in, especially in the evenings. That's a GOOD sign of a place if you need an appt. My friend brought me here for the first time at the beginning of 2022, and I have gone to Kelly every two weeks since then despite driving 40+ minutes one way. She's done phenomenal work on my hands, and i've never had a bad pedicure from any of the ladies. I would highly recommend coming here. Loved the quick service, I made an appt and they got me in at that exact time. It was quick, and they check with you after every move they make. I got gel acrylics, and they asked me after adjusting the shape of each nail. They are also relatively inexpensive. It was 43$ for me to get full gel acrylics. read more

When I arrived, she made snarky remarks about me to her coworker in her native language, thinking I wouldn't understand (jokes on her, Google Translate exists). The disrespect before I even sat down was unreal. Once in the chair, I was rushed beyond belief. She skipped basic, essential steps in the application process, and it shows. The end result is an absolute disaster: The polish is already peeling and chipping off along the edges and cuticles almost immediately. it hasn't even been 24 hrs The shape and application are wildly uneven, thick, and lumpy. The finish looks sloppy, messy, and totally un-professional. To charge $130 for a rushed job, awful customer service, and nails that look like they were slapped on in five minutes is highway robbery. They ruined a special moment for me and threw basic customer respect out the window. Save your hardearned money and go anywhere else
