After reading other reviews, apparently I am not the only person who this has happened to, but do not think it shows consideration for their customers to do this and wonder why it happens so often. To be fair, their prices do seem lower than most places with the exception of Rite-Aide,but Rite-Aide does not always have my brand in stock when I go there. It just would be nice to know how much I will be charged when I go there rather than having to wait and see what it will be when I check out. I have thought about trying one of their other locations but this is the one closest to where I live. I doubt that the prices change for them when they buy their merchandise but I guess anything is possible. Other than that, everyone who works here seem very nice. I guess I can try doing a google search before I go there next time and see if I can find a website that lists the prices for other smoke shops in the area for a comparison as well check with Rite-Aide to see if there is a sale going on and if they have what I need in stock. I would really prefer just for them to keep their prices consistent

I sat my wallet down on the counter after pulling out cash. The guy grabbed my wallet behind the counter and started looking through it in a "joking" manner, and then the woman immediately grabbed my money that I sat on the counter. While I'm asking him to give me back my wallet, a third woman tried distracting me by telling me the total and asking for the payment. I explained to the third woman, that the second woman already had my money. The entire time, the second woman was standing there looking directly at me not saying a word, as if she didn't have it and I didn't see her take it, when the guy grabbed my wallet as a distraction. And if you're curious, yes I unfortunately completed the transaction then left without incident. I still think about it, and wish I had snatched my wallet & cash back and went TF off on all of them. But I know I made the rational decision. A prior visit he also called his self trying to be funny by attempting to correct me on how to pronounce Black & Milds. Like sir, you're an immigrant who barely speaks English! It was really the audacity of the entire situation. Let me make this clear, this is the United States of America! We DON'T play like that here! I guarantee you if I had grabbed the money out of their register, like he grabbed my wallet and laughed it off as a joke, they would've attacked me & called the cops.
