I used to work at a full line Nordstrom years ago, so I know quality when I see it. That's why I love the Rack because you can always expect good brands at better prices than you'd find at the full line store. To some people, Nordstrom Rack still feels a little pricey for a discount store, but you really have to compare it to the original full line price tags. I live in the NoDa area, and I will say this location was a bit farther out than I expected, about 25 minutes from my house. I was honestly surprised that there isn't a Nordstrom Rack closer to the city. This one is more on the outskirts, which is fine, but it does make quick trips or exchanges a little less convenient. Yes, you can return items at the full line Nordstrom, but sometimes you just want to browse and see what's new. Parking here was easy, and the store itself was clean and well organized. Coming from Houston and then Florida, I wasn't used to seeing so many coats in stock, so that actually caught my attention. They had a big winter selection, and I ended up leaving with a super cute trench coat, a puffer jacket, and a couple of other cold weather pieces since I know Charlotte winters are going to be colder. The staff was about as friendly as you'd expect at a Nordstrom Rack, but they moved quickly, and the checkout line wasn't long. Overall, this location was consistent with the other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. No surprises, just the usual dependable Rack experience. I'd definitely return.

The store was very well stocked and clean. You didn't see much on the ground from items knocked down. The items I found were priced very well. No complaints. There was so much variety here that you could spend a lot of time in this store. Upon checking out, I was greeted by a young lady. She asked me about opening a store credit card and I told her no thank you. Her demeanor changed, lol! I mean I'm sorry that I don't shop here often enough but also store credit cards are too limiting! But anywho...nice experience here and I would return.

Only one person said hello to me and that was while I was walking past them on an aisle as they were putting clothes on one of the racks. They have a decent selection of unique items. A couple racks are dedicated to popular expensive streetwear brands. Their bags display cabinet didn't have much in it really. Also nothing was organized by sizes, so it got annoying trying to find pieces. Found a couple items I liked though, but after finding those same items for sale online...I put them all back. The in store labeled prices either didn't match the quality or was just a little much compared to what I saw online. That didn't make any sense to me so when asked for further clarification she said to me, " oh just look around you can see that we already have enough of these kind of clothes". She treated my back. I was a complete moron and was very rude and nasty. I will never go back to that place to try to sell my used clothing or to do business. VERY RUDE staff. Especially the tall girl with the glasses that I dealt with I don't know her name. Did not like this place one bit!

When I walked in, she was helping another girl and just through listening to their conversation I thought they were besties! But then when she started talking to me, it was the exact same vibes. She helped me with sizes, was never pushy, and just seemed genuinely excited to be running the store and conversing with people.
