Artistically, the National Training Curriculum strives to provide dance students with a rich knowledge of classical ballet technique and the ability to adapt to all styles and techniques of dance. The director/owner was trained as a ballet dancer in Cuba and has traveled the world as a professional. My daughter's technique improved significantly under his supervision. I was dedicated and did all the suggested exercises on my own but the pain never left. I was referred to Nicole by my Massage Therapyst and within 2 visits, I was pain free. True story. I continued to see her for 6 weeks for strengthening and rehab, she clearly knows the body very well and works towards the true end goal of the patient, keeping healthy. Her practice takes many Insurances. As soon as I have more time available on my calendar, I plan to take some of her Pilates classes, again, her expertise on healing and preventative care is unsurpassed.
