He arrived on time for the estimate, communicated clearly, and his crew showed up early and ready to work on the scheduled day. He even improved the irrigation layout to make future maintenance a breeze, which was a huge bonus. The paver patio turned out beautiful. Darwin followed my design perfectly and recommended the ideal stone to ensure it stays solid and stunning for years to come. The craftsmanship really shows. When the job was done, his team cleaned up my yard so well you'd never know major work had been done, except for the amazing new patio of course! Anytime I had questions, Darwin took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure we were completely aligned. It's rare to find someone who cares this much about quality and customer experience. I will absolutely hire Darwin again for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and genuinely awesome service. You'll be glad you chose him!

We have a new crew working on your botched job, have to spend more time and money with this project. We told him not to cover the WEEP HOLES and he told us "is okay for me" like are you serious? He told my fiancé he will not be covering those, he did not even tell us he did. We had to find out for ourselves. The pipes were all crooked and not buried below the foundation. Just a complete liar.

We had a great experience from start to finish. They created a design that wasn't over the top but…read morewill still fill out beautifully with color over time. It matched exactly what we discussed during our visit at the house and really brought our vision to life (and they were reasonably priced compared to all the other quotes we received). They helped us pick out a great tree for the front yard and did an excellent job with the planting. They also installed a whole new front flower bed (with trees, shrubs, and decorative rock), removed the old vines on the back fence, and handled tree maintenance quickly and efficiently. As a bonus, they were able to offer sprinkler system services and run water from an existing line over to the new tree and get the system back to functioning which should make everything seamless with the constant watering schedule needed on the beginning. The only hiccup was that the pool was left a complete mess after removing the vines next to it the first day. However, we messaged Noe (the lead) and he came out that same night to make it right. We really appreciated how quickly they addressed the issue. The only delay in the entire project was with the faux vines that were supposed to be replacing the live ones -- but that wasn't their fault. The supplier only shipped half the order. They were professional about it and didn't request the remaining payment until the final portion was completed and they came back and completed it when promised. Overall, I would highly recommend for anyone needing any type of landscaping done.

I met the owner Noe. Thank you so much, Noe, for accommodating me on such short notice. Your company is just amazing!!

After a patio addition, my backyard was completely destroyed but Green Springs stepped in and fixed everything and more in less than 2 days. Not only did they have great communication and updated me with every step, but they also went above and beyond and did more work than I expected. I'm extremely pleased with how my backyard turned out and they did it at almost half the cost of some of the other quotes I received. If you are looking for exceptional work that is affordable, I would highly recommend Green Springs! Will definitely continue to work with them for any landscaping projects I have come up.

Review One thing…read morethat has been bothering us for almost a year is the lack of new growth with our 2 sago palms due to the aggressive frond defoliation done by Leo (Owner) and (his son) Oscar. One saga palm is over 50 years old and the other is approximately 25 years old. Both sago palms have been through hard weather and freeze then recovered with nice new growth. However, there has been zero new growth. Mistakes Made Defoliating Sago Plants * Removing all the fronds from a sago palm seriously harmed the palms. * The sago palms lost the ability to photosynthesize, so they can't produce food. * No new fronds for 11+ months Mulching Done Wrong * Doing mulch wrong can absolutely kill plants. * The most common mistake is "volcano mulching" piling mulch against tree trunks or plant stems--which traps moisture, rots the bark, and invites pests. My husband noticed this volcano-like mounds around both sago palms. No Solutions Offered * Email sent with photos * Phone calls made * One phone call to Stanley seemed promising then radio silence. * No offer for replacement * No offer to remove the sago palms. * Safe Disposal Warning * Extreme Toxicity: Sago palms contain cycasin, a potent toxin that is deadly to dogs, cats, and horses. * Safe Handling: Wear heavy work gloves and long sleeves. Double-bag all debris or haul it immediately to a secure municipal green-waste facility where animals cannot access it. Consequently, No Good Review

I had done a project for tree trimming and my phone was going crazy with calls. I told this company…read more"come by next week". They showed up and due to personal circumstances, I didn't even remember telling them that. Trevor was great. He looked at what I wanted and had me a fair quote by that evening. He told me they would get me on the schedule for New Years Eve. The 3 guys got here early, made fast work of getting everything done, cleaned up after themselves and hauled everything away. I have to say they got it done a lot quicker than Trevor thought they would. The one advantage to it being a holiday. Would definitely recommend and use again. Quick service, fair price, great crew

Big Tex Turf / H&H Property Group - Full Review…read more Overall Product: A+ Home Office Customer Service (Pre-Warranty): A+ (with some notes below) On-Site Installation Team: A+ Sales Rep Communication & Follow-Up: D- What You Should Know Before You Book: If you have a sprinkler system, turn it off several days before install. This wasn't mentioned and caused delays. Be home during the install if possible--it's helpful to see how things are done and learn yard care tips. Ask for a brush-up service around 9-12 months after install. (Ours is still new, but we'll update once that happens.) Regret: We didn't upgrade to Cool Turf. It heats up just like the weather--something to consider if you live in a hot climate. Our Experience: We chose Big Tex Turf because they matched key items from another quote, had great reviews, and guaranteed completion before a big home event. We paid in full, so can't speak to financing. Our sales rep (Zach) started strong, but was hard to reach after booking. When weather delayed our install and left a large sand pile in the street (a safety and HOA issue), we couldn't get a hold of him--even the install team had trouble. I had to step in and offer a temporary tarp/cone solution myself. Tip: Texting a team member is more effective than calling. Calls go to the main office. Despite the sales rep gap, the installation team was excellent. They were efficient, professional, and finished the job in one day. Cleanup was great, and they came back as early as 7 AM to resolve post-install questions. 2-Year Follow-Up (as of 5/14/2025): Almost two years later, customer service remains solid. We've had a few normal turf issues and they've addressed every one quickly. The lawn still looks great--we're overall very happy. Final Thought: We recommend Big Tex Turf--just be proactive about communication and ask all your questions upfront. If you do that, you'll likely be very pleased with the results.
