I'm a 75 year old women. I called the Dodge House in Canton, Texas to set up a time and get a price for oil change. I told him I had my oil and filter. He gave me a price of $23.00+ tax I told him Ok he said ok let me get this all logged in. I take the car there and they do the work. Paying out he told me I owed $80.48 I said no I had my own oil and filter he ask me if I told the guy I gave the keys to and I think I did but the guy said I didn't. He did knock $20.00 off. I will never go back because wheather I did are didn't tell the guy I told him and he said he logged it down. Never again will I do business with them read more

Thefts, untrustworthy and dishonest !!! Took my truck there a few weeks ago for high fuel pressure mind you the truck would start and ran before I took there just ran rough. Turns out the dealership said there was some kind of foreign substance in my fuel. They quoted 11,000 dollars tried going through insurance we had the fuel tested through my insurance adjuster fuel came back clean so insurance would not cover it. I Asked for my truck back so I can get a second opinion the dealership charged me 400 bucks to put the parts back on they took off to see what the problem was which was fine. Towed the truck home when we received the truck from the dealership both batteries which were a year old were dead. After charging the batteries I went to try and start the truck to move it into the garage the truck would not start now looked under the hood at the injection pump where they said they took stuff off and found my injector pump FCA sensor was barely hanging there on not even plugged in also found my main fuel line was not connected to the injection pump. Tried calling the service writer back after dodged me for several days finally got a hold of him. He told me the mechanic did not have enough time to install the parts back on the truck I was mine blown the service writer tried to blame the mistakes on me . Why would you release a vehicle When it's not put back together 100% but still charge the customer sounds like stealing to me. I would not trust these people and definitely the service writer of this shop I'm still trying to deal with the issue but can't get anyone to communicate with me over there! read more

I had a problem with my RAM pickup, had to have it towed to I20 Dodge. They repaired the problem, but while it was there an accident happened involving my truck. They were pleasant to deal with and I was satisfied with the outcome. I'd recommend them for service work anytime. read more

I was sold a used car about six months ago. We have had nothing but problems since. I called the dealership to see if they could help and they advised me to bring the car in so they could "make it right" only to try and sell me a new car. then they told me that "you get what you pay for" and it was my fault I bought a cheap car. They advised me to "let it go back" to the bank. Topping it all off, they sold me an "extended warranty" that doesn't actually cover anything. I called about a vehicle they had in stock to make sure it was available and a guy named Mack assured me that it was. I told him I was coming from an hour and a half away. I show up at the dealership, dealt with Darby, and they have the wrong car outside. Then they try to get me into a black version of the same Jeep I came to see and I actually entertained it, until the price shot up $7k. I spoke to the internet sales manager Evan who was quick to correct the issue for me. He went out of his way to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted, and I am happy to say the purchase was successful and I am a happy customer. Still don't care for Mack or Darby much at all, but glad I dealt with Evan, Mario, and their team in Longview. More than made up for their crappy sales guys. read more

While changing my oil I noticed what appeared to be a pretty serious transmission fluid leak covering the whole transmission. I called up on a Wednesday morning and was able to get a same day 3pm appointment to get it looked at. They pulled my car into the shop by 3PM and I was leaving by 3:50. Come to find out it was the stock oil filter crossover that was leaking and spraying onto the transmission. Big Thank You to the whole staff. read more

Best dealership I've ever come across by far. Travis and his service team went above and beyond. We had a flat tire on the way over, and not only did they replace the tire with our spare for free, they gave us a fifteen dollar discount on the diagnostic report just out of kindness. They also loaded the Jeep onto our trailer, and had a great time doing so. When we were tying the Jeep down, the GM came outside and offered us a beverage and chatted with us for a while. They made are unfortunate experience so much better. I highly recommend this place! read more

I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a dealership just getting my oil changed. Pulled into the service area and sat there and sat there - the Service Manager NEVER came out, he took a phone call and I looked at him through the glass at yet never even acknowledged us. So after a while I walked in and asked the girl at the desk if we were supposed to come in and she said yes - told her as many times as I have been there they ALWAYS came out to you. Then finally the Service Manager Howard Farriell overheard me telling that girl that I needed an oil change and he went outside to get my mileage etc. He never introduced himself, that they would take care if etc. We sat there for a VERY long time and I turned around and my car was sitting out there parked. I asked the lady if it was ready and she said yes let me get your paperwork. Well duh...when we're they going to tell me it was done. They have changed personnel and they are not friendly but rather rude. The only friendly people that were even friendly as always was the salesman that sold me my car a year ago and he stopped and talked and the guy in the service area that acknowledged us. I will NEVER go back unless they changed the personnel that they have now. read more

I've had more pleasant migraines. I brought my van in for a locked shifter. The person I dealt with was patronizing and condescending each time we spoke. He absolutely refused to run a diagnostic scan to find the problem I brought the van in for until they had fixed a recall issue that was unrelated to the problem. Of course, they had to wait for the recalled part to be delivered. So my Wheelchair Van sat for 3 days, waiting for a part unrelated to the issue I brought it in for, before a diagnostic scan was even run to determine the ACTUAL problem. In the end, the job took twice as long as it should have, and the recalled part came with the wrong key fob, so I can't drop the ramp to enter my wheelchair van with my needed electric scooter, unless I'm already inside my wheelchair van, which they have yet to fix! For all this trouble they not only charged me twice what the job should cost, they neglected to provide an itemized receipt and refused to honor a dealership coupon for 10% off all service that reads as valid until 12/31/2020. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience every step of the way. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! read more
