Dan Wall is a local and a professional trainer so he knows what works and makes sure he offers safe, effective workouts that people enjoy. There are donation-based group exercise classes, like Zumba, that you can pay something - or nothing - for and participate in because exercise isn't about what you can afford to pay but what you can't afford to do such as not take care of yourself! There are classes and programs here that no other fitness center offers like the Indo-Row classes that get groups of people to row together on machines that feature water resistance and wave-like sound effects all under the guidance of an instructor and accompanied by music. They make the class fun, comepletly hands on, and are extremely patient. They took time to make sure I was getting the skills down and I never felt rushed. By the time you leave the class you will feel preppared with the necessary skills to be a responsible gun owner. They also teach some self defense skills which is great! I highly recommend their class, especially to other females out there, because you just never know when you might need it!

The workouts are challenging And certainly never boring! Melissa and Liz are the only trainers Certified to teach this in all of Florida! This workout is just a bit different But still, it is quite affordable. Using lightly weighted clubs, You are guided through the workout. Melissa and Liz will take the time If you need them to help you out. You get a little bit of everything Upper body, legs and core. I can guarantee you That the next day you'll be sore! Come check this place out If you're looking for a new place to sweat! You'll get a great and challenging workout And it won't put you in debt!

Practices and games are well run by skilled volunteers & by John Tucker, previously of the Tampa Bay Lightning. Keep an eye out for some Lightning players as well since a few of their boys are also learning to play hockey here. Plenty of locker rooms. Also would like to mention that the ice conditions always seem to be good & the rink well maintained.

I can not say enough good things about Halle and the Golftec coaching team. They're incredibly awesome. They use high tech analytics and video, as well as the experience, to create a customized plan for each individual they work with. I noticed a 1 star review of Golftec but I would totally ignore it. If you seriously want to have fun and enjoy your golf game more, this is the place to go. I'd strongly recommend Halle but imho all the coaches are great at this location in New Tampa.

The program is absolute stellar for teaching hard lessons and fundamentals. The team that our daughter plays on just won the nationals tournament in Orlando, but what matters most to us as parents is that she is learning that you need to set the bar high and strive to get better everyday. You get out what you put in and these coaches give these girls the right skills to thrive as a team and as young women. The chemistry is undeniable amongst the players and the parents have a blast in the stands because what we want to see is a group of girls who love one another striving hard to accomplish a common goal. This program is thriving and without a doubt will be one of the best amongst the greater area of Tam;pa. GO TRINITY!!

I am not a fan of going to the gym because I do not like to work out by doing this does not make you feel like you were actually working out. You can do anything with some music in a group of other people with the same goal! Some people prefer the gym and that's fine but I am not one of those people. I really enjoy it and I'm happy I signed up! All of the instructors are super friendly and welcoming, and even the members who are already attending the classes. Super easy way to sign up with the app! The only thing I wish we were able to do is go to the other locations just to see how the other classes are ran, but I am totally satisfied with the location that I chose.
