Our daughter came from a facility down in South Tampa that knew nothing about proper coaching or teaching accountability When we got to Trinity we had heard mixed reviews but it has been taken over by new owners that are a husband and wife team and the program has been elevated to completely new heights. The program is absolute stellar for teaching hard lessons and fundamentals. The team that our daughter plays on just won the nationals tournament in Orlando, but what matters most to us as parents is that she is learning that you need to set the bar high and strive to get better everyday. You get out what you put in and these coaches give these girls the right skills to thrive as a team and as young women. The chemistry is undeniable amongst the players and the parents have a blast in the stands because what we want to see is a group of girls who love one another striving hard to accomplish a common goal. This program is thriving and without a doubt will be one of the best amongst the greater area of Tam;pa. GO TRINITY!! read more

Owners are money hungry but never follow through with there with scheduling or uniforms. Don't waste your money here

The Director (I think he is the owner too) does not return emails if you question him or disagree with him. I had a conversation with the women that runs privates. We bought a package of 8 lessons used 3 and pay 300 a month for the club team as well. After emailing multiple times to express my concerns.Such as- To many teams practicing at the same time (there were 5 that night) lack of communication from them to the parents (the coach would text children about practice. I want to be contacted not my 12 yr old) my child had less than 8 minutes of play time in 8 games? He gave me BS answers and insisted I was wrong and these thing did not happen. He was rude. I quickly responded not so nicely because we I felt his email was rude and all to fluff. I then sent another email stating His email helped us decide we will not be returning to the club and wanted a refund for our private lessons remaining there was (5). His gal quoted 185. Which is funny because I paid 40 a lesson. So where the difference? I emailed and waited no response again. Here we go....and emailed again and waited some more then finally after 10 days of me reaching out between kelly and him I emailed again asking for numbers - what's my refund and how did you calculate because I calculate 200. He finally responds to the 3rd email "I'll get back to you soon". Seriously????? Does he recognize our money is what keeps his business running. it's funny we went to another club and the 2nd practice at the new club there was 5 other Trinity girls. I guess there's more mothers out there sharing my feelings, but I'm vocal so I'm that mom. Lol. He ignored my requests and continues to ignore my request. Their website states "Our goal is for all our players to feel a sense of purpose on their team, to define and work towards accomplishing their personal goals and to build on their character as a player and as a person". The owner told me play time is earned and because my child isn't played she can't hone her skills on the court in a team environment. She practices 7 days a week at home and when i said that... he stated club environments aren't for everyone ! They are all about medals and money. He has made that clear with his attitude like he's the only game in town. I will not pay anyone 1500 a season to see me child warm a bench or pay for private lessons and my child never gets to hone her skills because the core six have been chosen. Its amazing how many people ask me about this club and how many people feel the same way.
