Wow absolutely amazing tour. The captain is great, he knows where to go, and how to get the dolphins to jump out through the wake. This is one of the coolest tour boats i have ever been on! Thank you mega bite. 10/10 boat ride.

Went on this boat tour last Thurs w my husband and 6yr old daughter. Beyond impressed with the experience! Saw many dolphins -- we were very pleased. Perfect amount of time and captain commentary. Highly recommend for families!

Took my grandkids and daughter on the Mega Bite. Everyone got to see a few Dolphins and enjoyed a very nice boat ride. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this boat ride.

So happy we chose this experience! Kids LOVED the boat, all the staff were super friendly and helpful, and even pointed me to a close liquor store so I could grab a few beers to bring onboard (BYOB allowed). Definitely one of the highlights of our trip & we'll do it again next time!

A great dolphin tour for a great price with even better captain and deckhand! They were hilarious and made sure we saw dolphins! It was pretty cool that we were riding around in a boat the shape of a shark, too! My boyfriend and I are adults and we really enjoyed this tour!

Mega Bite shark boat is a sight seeing dolphin tour boat in Clearwater. It was $21 for adults, $14 for kids, 3 and under are free. You get your picture taken in the beginning. They charge you $10 for the picture, but well worth it, I think. They take you all the way out to the Gulf of Mexico. They make sure you get to see a dolphin or two. They show you celebrity houses such as Hulk Hogan, John Travolta, Lisa Marie Presley's house she bought with Michael Jackson, and more. Neat facts about local houses and history. It was fun! My kids and husband enjoyed it. I would definitely do it again.

Captain Jay and our guide Ali were incredible! They took us right into a pod of dolphins. Ali was so energetic and brought everyone into smiles. For 22$ a person it is so worth it! It was a night that my family and I will never forget. So many dolphins came up to the boats waves and were jumping out. Can't wait to have this be a part of our family vacation tradition year after year.

We made last minute decisions to stop and see dolphins while in the Clearwater. The crew was two nice guys who were full of more puns than one could ever imagine--- cheesy, but cute. They had drinks (soda and water) for $1 on the boat. They were also full of fun facts about local houses, history, and general Clearwater knowledge. We got to see multiple pods of dolphins (8 dolphins in total), but they were focused on feeding. I was still happy to spend the $23 for the trip. Remember, they work off tips as well!

These guys are awesome. Our guides did everything they could to ensure we saw dolphins. We got lucky and got to see a dolphin pod with newborns. Very inviting atmosphere and awesomely affordable. Definitely a great vacation adventure. Thank you mega bite

My group was brought over from our hotel on trolleys and directed up a flight of stairs. Once we found the correct door, we were led into the dolphin room. We had cocktail hour there, which was cool - as we could walk around the dolphin exhibit while enjoying a cocktail (or 3). After cocktails, we went upstairs to a ballroom area and had dinner and drinks, listened to award presentations, and then had a live band with karaoke. The catering staff was great, although the fish entree was cold and not very flavorful (not the fault of the aquarium IMO). This was a highlight of my business trip and I thoroughly enjoyed the dolphins.

Literally no fish whatsoever. You walk around the tank as you walk around the aquarium there are window all the way around, but again, the tank was completely empty. There were other areas of the aquarium that were under construction due to either renovations or expansion. Due to this there were multiple enclosures that had no fish are animals to view. It's a little disappointing when you are traveling for vacation and the aquarium was the place that your daughter was looking forward to the most. All this while still charging full price for admission. All that being said, they have a very friendly and informed staff and volunteers that clearly do a lot for the marine life. It is very commendable the way they are nursing injured marine life back to health. Definitely more of a rescue center than an aquarium.

Watching the performers was delightful. Even with the air lines under the water it was amazing to watch. Just being able to keep your eyes open underwater was astounding to me. We even got an extra performance for the Memorial Day holiday with a tribute to our service members. After the show they had a mermaid photo op that was donation based. After the show, I explored the rest of the park. It isn't that large but was a nice area and worth the $13 to get in. They have an area for swimming in part of the springs. I didn't bring my swimsuit but there were many people swimming and having a good time. There are some water slides too. They have a great gift shop. We were late for the show, because the website failed to post times and were unreachable via phone, email, or the websites frequently asked questions. We caught the last 15 minutes of the show as it runs from 11-11:30, 1:30-2pm and 3-3:30pm. It's a relatively small park. The mermaid show is cute if you have children under the age of 10 years old. Otherwise, give it a miss. Admission is $13 ea a little less for kids. 4 of us cost about $42 for entrance fees. They have a water slide that was not operating. They have a small "nature " walk. They have a boat that was not running to look at nature and they have a 30 minute animal encounter educational experience with a ranger. She showed and talked about two kinds of turtles, a snake and a small alligator. Walking around they have photo ops to look like a mermaid and after the show you have a chance to photograph yourself with a live mermaid from the show. If you have $50- $100 your kid can have a "mermaid makeover". We were at the park for maybe 1.5 hours. I suppose if the boat was running and the water slide was operating one could spend up to 3 hours. It was an interesting experience. Once is enough.
