However, the heart of the company is Gary's wife, Carol. She basically "runs the office" and is beyond efficient and she gives you that feeling that she will go out of her way to make sure all of her customers are 100% satisfied and happy. I would have to say I would pay more for All Alarm rather than go to another company, but the good news is my All Alarm prices are now substantially lower compared to when we used to have the largest alarm company out there. He said we could try it for 30 days and then cancel with no cost and they would simply fill the pin hole and retrieve their equipment if we decided not to keep it. When we canceled the lies continued. We have huge holes in our door and interior and exterior walls and they offer no resolution. We just purchased our home last August and now there are holes all over our brand new home. I am afraid we may have to pursue this legally or make costly repairs ourselves. My advice is DO NOT open the door when they appear on your doorstep!
