From the very first call, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable choosing them. There was no upselling, in-fact Perry convinced me to drop some unnecessary equipment (which would have otherwise added to the invoice price). The installation went smoothly, and the team (David, Nathan and John) took their time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. I read a bunch on the interwebs about how this was a bad idea, it was gonna screw up my low voltage battery system, the battery management system was gonna freak out. All sorts of horrific things were likely to happen. But Tim's had enough recent experience with EVs to know with the 12V batteries (not the Lithium Ion 16V or higher in some news EVs) - it was likely to work just fine. He whipped up a quote based on experience, and gave me the peace of mind to say, "Hey if it doesn't work - we'll customize according to some of the specs you're seeing online". Great! So I dropped it off a few months ago, the install went swimmingly and as planned, and I've had it thumping the hell outta my car ever since with not a single complain from the car's battery management system. I decided on an IP camera system based on Faisals suggestions and glad that I did....the picture quality is excellent. I am a very pleased with the quality of installation and the DVR camera system . I had a baby in the car and if they had collided with me at that speed, I would hate to think of what would have happened.
