I enthusiastically give my highest recommendations to the folks at Sight and Sound. When I had my new house built in mid-2013, I wanted a home automation system with built-in speakers. The builder's security & AV subcontractor did not have the equipment or expertise that I needed for advanced system for six rooms (and expandability to double in the future). After the frustration of realizing this, I scrambled to find qualified companies to design and implement a home network system (5:1 Home Theater, Cat6 Ethernet, Wireless Network, Whole House Audio) in the 10 short days I had before dry wall installation. We interviewed four other providers, before selecting Sight & Sound Inc. We did look at larger AV organizations with well-known names. However, they did not deliver the focus, detail, and timeliness of Sight & Sound systems. Colt Khoshshekari (sales consultant) was very responsive in outlining the options, with specific recommendations for equipment options, and best placement of this equipment. In addition to delivering a skilled crew to meet our aggressive deadlines, Kris Kaymanesh (business owner) meticulously detailed with the aesthetics (e.g. placement of ceiling speakers relative to recessed lights, ceiling fans, etc.). They demonstrated all the products they recommend in their office location. Once pre-wiring was completed, the installation team (including Naveed) programmed/configured these systems (music, Internet, TVs) to my family's needs. Whenever we experienced a rare, but minor issue with the system - they revisited the house to fix these immediately. Plus, Naveed was really fun to work with during this process. Sight and Sound delivered on everything they promised. While I had a signed contract, a handshake from Kris Kaymanesh is all I really need to conduct business. If I expand my current system (more speakers, TVs, golf simulator), I will return to Sight and Sound Systems for timely delivery of high quality products and services. I only wish the cable and security system providers in my new housing development delivered services at the standard of Colt, Kris and Naveed. From the ground up, Sight & Sound Systems, Inc., is one of the best companies for home theater construction, if not the best. I highly recommend Sight & Sound Systems. I had a really good experience and excellent customer service since I arrived at the showroom, the team is awesome!! During my first visit I spoke with Kris who treated me with the utmost respect and was honest. I let Kris know what my budget was and he explained what the company could do for me. Once I decided to give the green light for the project, I spoke with Colt, who was very knowledgeable about all the equipment and setup. We recently moved into our new home in Ashburn, VA and Sight and Sound Systems designed and installed a complete sound and TV system before we moved in. CJ, Scott, Jon and Dale came out to finish the installation and synchronize all of the components which included several TVs, a surround sound system, in-ceiling speakers in several rooms and an alarm system. Their courtesy, knowledge and professionalism were superb! And they were extremely patient w/me and my wife - neither of us being particularly tech-savvy - as they explained how the systems work. Sight & Sound did a fabulous job installing a Sonos wired and wireless sound system in my home. S&S installed the original sound system in my house built in 2001. They had all the plans from that 16 year-old install and customized everything for technology upgrades since. They tailored a very good plan to the equipment I had that still worked (wired) as well as some upgrades (wireless) which both expanded the system while keeping the whole plan within my budget. The technicians were very professional, took their time, treated my family and my home with respect, answered all questions and did a great job cleaning up. Initially, Sight & Sound may seem a little more expensive than other installation companies, but you get what you pay for -- Sight & Sound is worth every penny. You won't be disappointed! read more

This past week Sight and Sound installed a motorized TV wall mount bracket and TV at my home. I MUST recognized both Ryan and Josue for all their hard work and attention to details. Throughout the process they were confronted with several "challenges" which never seem to be an obstacle to them. The motorized wall bracket and TV were finally hung, the TV was programmed and they made sure my questions were answered prior to leaving. They were also very carful with my furniture etc. and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional! I would say Sight and Sound are very lucky to have these two gentlemen representing the business. I've used Sight & Sound twice and can only give them an outstanding review. I first used them 3 years ago when we purchased a Smart TV and needed to it be connected to our existing Verizon set-top box/DVR and legacy wired Bose speaker system and audio receiver. The tech rep swapped out equipment and reconnected all devices. Then, more recently John from S&S installed Fios One Connect boxes to our existing TVs, replaced coax cable outside the house that had deteriorated, resulting in a faulty cable signal, and reconnected two legacy wired speaker systems and audio receivers. Elmer and Jamarcus, who remodeled part of our basement, and John, the technician that installed our security system, were extremely helpful and maintained flexible schedules. Everbody was respectful and did a clean, exceptional job in a timely manner. John gave us simple, easy-to-follow instructions on the system which is currently better than our last security service. I installed the Home Tech Package in my newly built home. I added a security system with cameras and a Ring doorbell, plus Sonos sound bars for TV and house audio.
