This company is terrible! I've called them numerous times without any answer. They finally called…read moreme back - after I drove all the way downtown to their location... the male on the phone made me feel like I was asking for the green eyed monster after asking me what my project was - as I told him that I actually have 3 projects and asked if they would be able to do two feature length films (was willing to pay a lot and wait until their schedule was free). He made me (someone brand new into the industry) feel very stupid as he said no one on his team are equipped nor would even want to try features (even though they're website eludes to the exact opposite of that answer). The. I started to explain that I have a short (1-2hrs) event coming up that I'd like them to do (he already told me they do event coverage) then he told me that him and everybody on his team do not do events either. He explained with a bunch of ummms and aaahhhhs that they only do commercial type stuff for established companies. That is definitely not what their website says as you'll see some quotes I pulled from their website below. He was also a terrible communicator and made it seem like our quick conversation ruined his day. TERRIBLE BUISNESS! DO NOT USE THEM! So, we went in to get a PR photo done for my 3 years old son and he took several pictures. He…read moreselected one of them which was a close up and tried to make it correct size. In the process he stretched the photo and you could see that the photo was strecthed as the pixels were same and beame long. On top of that he didn't make the head in the photo between the required dimensions, it was way bigger. And he charged us 41 dollars and his excuse was that he had to email the photo that's why the higher charge. Worst photo studio ever!!!
