We later found out they were not giving away the Jeep that night and swiping the card provided entry forms to enter for a chance to win it. Since this casino is not close to home, we only came to hear the live band called The Normals playing. The stage has a small walkway/dance floor in front and then raised seating for booths and tables and chairs for the eating area. Glad we arrived earlier as there was one table with 4 chairs left. A few chairs had jackets so I'm assuming people were saving the tables. The menu has a combination of Chinese food, sandwiches, appetizers, and the special of the night was prime rib for $10.99. With the Player's card you can get a 10% coupon so the prices are quite reasonable. The drink menu has cocktails for reasonable prices too. Most of the slot machines were busy that night and and there were a few spots at each card table. I didn't gamble as the highlight was the band and we danced, ate, and drank during our 5 hours there. Not my favourite casino or layout but we had fun.

Even though it is super fun, I don't find craps to be easy to pick up, like at all. Throughout my game they're always helping me understand the rules and bets better. I often have a lot of questions and they're very good at answering those questions for me. The first time I played it was confusing asf. Now it is not too bad. I am very thankful for all the free (I tip them of course) walk-throughs on how to play. It is straight up like having buddies that let you know what to do! I know they need to bring over two to three staff members to get this game going, and working the game seems extremely difficult. I have no clue how they keep track of everything going on, but they do it, and still find time to coach me. Lovely people!

They first taught us the basics of Texas Hold'em and then led a tournament for our guests. Nothing like learning by doing in a risk free environment. They bring in the standard dealer tables and all the trainers are well trained casino dealers. Our group of 40 was comfortably accommodated. They created an authentic environment for our beginners tournament. Our guests loved it. The only surprise of the night was that guests couldn't put their glasses or dishes on the tables, and there weren't quite enough extra tables to set down the treats for the evening. A small hiccup in an otherwise perfect event. I highly recommend this organization for home parties or networking events.

I watched him handle a drink order that sounded like a chemistry dissertation while simultaneously nodding along to some guy's very loud, very wrong life story. The level of "professional hostage-taker" patience he has is truly a gift. (Tru story); At one point, I'm pretty sure he made three drinks, grabbed a fresh bowl of limes, and cracked a joke that had the whole bar wheezing, all without breaking eye contact with the shaker. If that isn't worth a massive raise, I don't know what is. Seriously, pay the man more before I decide to pack him in my suitcase and take him on my next solo trip as a personal hydration specialist.
