We drove the wrong way down the one way parking area due to lack of signage. The shop is quaint, empty. Clean. I got an orange Creamsicle milkshake that tasted of nothing. Probably my fault for picking such a mild ice cream flavor. Jeremy, who did not get stuck with a needle that day, gorged himself on nachos that had too much sour cream (he doesn't even like sour cream so I don't know why he didn't complain more), some sort of blue cookie milkshake, and a funnel cake. Jaydein's lovely personality infuses the whole place with his positive energy. He loves their cookies and gelato as much as I do and is still excited to suggest new flavours. Of course their Pignoli nut cookies are still my childhood favourite, but tonight we were wowed by the slim round Raisin Walnut Cookies located on the top shelf to the far right. I also love their Biscotti, my favourites being the pistachio and the one with dried cranberries. We ate a bunch in store to try them out and then bought another large box to go. This is a must stop if you love Italian cookies.
