Darius takes his time explaining to me everything he is going to do and when he will do it. He asked us what we wanted and that's what we got. Yes, he had plans drawn up by an architect but came to us to ask about areas we may have wanted to have modified or changed. (Not only is Darius the contractor; he's the new landlord too. He bought the home last year and began renovating it right away.) His crew is 5 stars. These guys really know what they are doing. It's a pleasure just watching them work, they are like a well-oiled machine each one complimenting the others expertise. He put in a stand-up shower with a granite bench along with a separate shower and full-size tub. And of course, he put everything else needed to complete the bathroom. He took down the wall that separated the kitchen and living and turned it into an Open Floor Plan. The kitchen has a granite Island, all stainless steel appliances and a nice deep sink with an excellent faucet. Not to mention the gorgeous cherry wood cabinets and pocket lighting. He added a bedroom and 3 more closets. One bedroom we are using as our office and another as a studio for Trish my girlfriend; she's an award-winning artist (we're in our 15th year, no marriage in the works; we've both been there and done that). We are also using the studio as a music room for me; I'm a pretty good keyboard player. Not only did he do the inside, he added all brand new Anderson windows and vinyl sided the entire house. He redid the parking lot from a great big patch of dirt to a beautiful huge bluestone lot behind the house with, of course, a new driveway to boot. How about 3 patios with a beautiful fence separating two of them that are next to each other. This home also houses two other apartments in it that (could you believe it) he redid as well! We used to have this tiny little cellar. Now it's huge. He and his bulldozer (Bobcat) actually dug a path into my cellar for the Bobcat to come in from and they dug down around two feet and enlarged it by about 300 square feet. The Bobcat actually drove in and out of the basement with loads of dirt digging it out to make the ceiling higher. He put in a laundry room and 3 separate storage rooms; one for each apartment. He converted it from oil to gas and added 3 gas units with 3 hot water heaters. He told us we will never run out of hot water. What else can I say? I'll let the photos do the talking!

The guys that you work with everyday, however, are top notch solid people. I have worked for them, and I had to leave because after almost two years, never got a raise, regardless of production. The 'boss' (not the owner) is extremely selfish and arrogant. Again, the workers are GREAT people. Picking up material isn't a problem, dropping material is ok (because the workers make things easy) Just stay away from this place if you're looking for a job

I needed my basement floor re-poured, 2 stoops rebuilt, a steel shed moved on to a cement base and a hole in my basement wall filled in. The basement floor was particularly worrisome to me and they did a great job. The floor was disintegrating and I was concerned about utilities buried below ground level. The task was carried out without any unwanted consequences. It is a a beautiful job as is all their work. They were here for about 2-3 weeks baring rainy days and holidays. Oscar and his team quite literally saved my life. When you buy a new home, you never know what surprises are waiting behind the walls. Oscar went above and beyond to make sure I was safe, that the job was done correctly, and that they'd leave with absolutely no trace they were ever there. Mid-project, they had to open a wall, and not only did they patch the drywall, but they painted it, too -- you'd never know it was touched. He took the time to explain everything in detail so I could actually understand the process, documented every step, and made me feel like a true partner in the project. One thing he said that really stuck with me was: "I know you own the house, but it's our fireplace now." That level of care and pride in his work says it all. After seeing my friends/neighbors asphalt driveway done professionally by Gerry and his crew, I…read morecalled for an estimate.( I've spent years and countless hours diligently filling cracks and sealing the asphalt and it still kept cracking and generally looked awful). Gerry was prompt in coming over to give me a reasonable estimate which included resetting some Belgian blocks which were elevated due to a tree that had previously been bordering our driveway. I didn't even notice how bad they looked because of how bad the driveway looked! Gerry told me to expect the work to begin in about 10 days and he was true to his word. His crew ripped up the driveway and then came back a few days later to fix the Belgian blocks. A few days later, they were here with the asphalt and completed the project. It looks fantastic! This is the third time I've had the driveway done in the 36 years we've owned our home. The first two times we waited about a month between the time the driveway was demolished and the new asphalt was installed. ProMaster was so much quicker and I've never had a driveway look so good. The asphalt seems to be stronger, like a commercial grade that you'd see when a shopping center is repaired. Strongly recommend this company!

That was not what I wanted but he did it anyway because of the neighboring resident I share a driveway with in an HOA. The curb is replaced by the HOA and now I have no curb. My property was left with a 3 inch wide trench alongside of the driveway with cement debris I had to clean out and refill with soil myself. He left sprinkler heads exposed to lawn maintenance and did not return to fill in. Then he turned his frustrations on me by stating I was his most difficult customer. I think he should consider his demeanor in dealing with the customer request and not do work that is not desired nor requested. We shall see if the blocks stand the test of time as I notice a missing block on an adjacent street. I only give him kudos for completing the job timely.

Let me also say that when Mike Masone sat with us to plan out space and told me that the entire job would take under a week to complete, my first thought was "Yeah, right!! I'll be happy to have it done by the fall." This project entailed not only paving the yard with built in lighting, but also ripping out about 12 large trees, running a gas line, redoing my sprinklers in the back and front, replacing a very large area of grass, adding 13 bushes plus flowers, lining one side of the yard with small trees, enclosing the area under the stairs, paving the entire side of my house with concrete (after removing all the rocks), replacing a patch of missing stone on my house and building a stone BBQ area.....DONE IN 5 DAYS!!!!!! It's important for me to add that I am extremely fussy. This job was completed to PERFECTION. The gorgeous finished project was equally matched by the fabulous customer service. This entire team is prompt, patient, professional and these men literally work like machines!!! Mike went above and beyond in his attention to this job, answering every one of my questions and searching out the exact color and variety of every plant I wanted. The finished product is 100 times more beautiful than I could have even imagined.
