Bradford White representative Amy provided me with the correct part number to extend warranty out two years and four years. I provided City Plumbing sales counter the part number for the four year extended warranty because they did not offer the two year extension and I was quoted me $276 to extend my water heaters warranty four more years over manufacture warranty. I drove to City Plumbing today and the same part number to extend the warranty on my BW water heater by four years increased by $150. I asked Tim in counter sales why the same part number that I called about last week now costs more. He gave an answer but did not really explain the increase. I feel that the price of the warranty was marked up after the counter sales manager spoke to his BW representative for the Gainesville area. I did my due diligence and still ended up paying more than the estimate provided just a week earlier. Normally I have had not had any problems like this from City Plumbing. I'm curious as to what has changed in customer service to not stand behind pricing from a week before for identical product?

Brady and Mason came to my house Monday and installed both of those vent/lights and even had to add some ductwork to fix something in my attic and they did it all. They were very professional and did a wonderful job! in fact, Jonathon told me they would be at my house at 8 o'clock Monday morning, but I know that nobody gets to your house by 8 o'clock in the morning.
