He was taking care of our home long before we purchased it and clearly knows the system inside and out. My husband and I have owned a number of rental properties over the years in various states, and as a result, we have dealt with various HVAC companies, both for service and maintenance, and these guys are the best, hands down. Even though our system is old (they don't make them like they used to ), Scotty has never tried to tell us it's time to consider replacing our system or sell us silly upgrades, something other companies we have worked would have absolutely done (and have done to us in the past). Even the master plumber that I hired to do the WH install mentioned that they did some "strange things". I'm going with the master plumber and his team to finish out our house. Perhaps these guys are great for your basic plumbing needs, but I can't recommend them for net new construction.

So, rather than take a chance on someone new we set an appointment to have a faucet installed in the kitchen due to having new countertops installed. They were prompt, completed the job in a timely fashion, the young man was very pleasant however, the price was beyond unreasonable. They did have to amend the pvc into the house but we supplied the faucet. The total was $815.00!!! We were charged over $300.00 just for new sink drainer baskets, over $200.00 just for installation of the faucet which we provided and the remainder was for amending the pvc!
