DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR MICROBLADING !!! Just saw on IBROWS PLUS Henderson, NV - Christine's Facebook page posted two pictures of my eyebrows and photoshopped them to deceive the public into a Bait & Switch of services. These two pictures posted of me, by Christine, clearly show that the original hairbrush stokes used on Nov 19, 2022 had completely faded away as stated below. The two pictures from Dec 27 clearly show the before and after procedure to make them look like what we initially agreed on as services. I added a comment and photos to her Facebook page, but Im sure she will delete. READ BELOW I contacted Christine Nguyen at IBROWS PLUS at 520 Marks St. Ste 103, Henderson, NV to set up a consult for microblading using a hairbrush technique that she claimed was her speciality. At first, she tried to discourage a consult and wanted me to just trust her and make the appt for the procedure, because it takes her 45 min to draw/shape the brows. I said, I did not feel comfortable allowing anyone to apply a permanent ink on me without first meeting them, to actually see the shaping of my brows (drawn on using the hairbrush technique), and discussing the process. I also told her, I would pay her $50 for her time. She agreed by Venmoing her the money. I went in for the consult on Nov. 17, 2022. I loved the shape and the hairbrush technique (pictures included). Therefore, I made an appt for Nov 19th @ 10am. At that appt. she had to redraw the shape and applied a numbing cream. When she was finished (2hrs) they looked awesome- same as the consult. She told me the ink would last 1-3 years with many returning b/w 3-6 months for a touch-up with a fee $140. After that time, the visit would cost the full amount of $340. As I was leaving, she gave me a sample ointment and told me to use if my skin began to feel itchy. Two days later the ink began to disappear (pictures included). I contacted her and she said to wait two weeks so the healing process could finish. After two weeks, I contacted her again to send her pictures of my brows showing the ink and 90% of the hairbrush strokes were gone. At that time she said, don't worry she would fix it and we made an appt for Dec. 27th. At that visit, I didn't notice until we were finished, but she changed techniques from the hairbrush strokes to just filling in the entire brows- no hair brush strokes visible. When finished, she stated again that the ink would last because she went deeper into the skin. As I was leaving she asked me to pay her $140 for the touch-up (even though I contacted her 2 days after and she was the one who told me to wait, and yet I was still 5-6 weeks out), and gave me another ointment. I waited two weeks to contact her about my brows, because that was the time frame she gave me before. During these text messages, I sent pictures of my brows (pictures included) to show the 2nd procedure she did, was blotchy. There are areas where the ink had faded. Christine took no responsibility for my disappearing ink and stated even today that my brows need more time to heal. The ink that has faded is gone! More time will not bring back the color. I requested 1/2 of my money back, thinking that was fair b/c of her time, but she refused. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute both charges. I truly hope that anyone wanting microblading will go to a professional place, who actually performs quality work and stands by their words "ink will last 1-3 years" NOT A FEW DAYS. read more

I have to say that Cristine is awesome!! First of all, I have no idea about eyebrows makeup even I have dark ones, plus I don't have a good shape. Chritine consulted me very carefully and patiently before i made an appointment with her. Next, when I came to her place, the first impression was clean, well decorated and comfortable scent. She was so nice and calmed me down coz i thought it would be hurt but it did not at all :)), just like ant bites. It took around 2hour and a half. I don't believe how my eyeliner tattoo has come out ! It's been six-7 months already I've been waiting for the tattoo blow out to fade. She gave me tattoo blow out on my eyes along with the scar which is large. First of all I wanted her to fix the tail of eyeliner because she did the tail on her own way with out asking me. When I told her to fix my tail she left me scar . Now I look like a monster because of the tattoo blowout and scar! Can't believe my beautiful eyes are ruined. I have been worried each single day about my life eyes. I asked her to fix it but she returned my money back and did nothing to fix ! I thought I could go somewhere else and fix that thing with the money that I paid for ! Now I'm removing the eyeliner with adding my extra money from my own pocket but the blowout and scar does it go at all .After discussing with lots of professional I came to find out that she used inorganic ink which made my eyes to have such a dark blue blowout. Can you tell me how can I have blue eyelids to Live my rest of my life for ?how could you do this to me Christine? I didn't know Anything about it but I trusted you so much ! If you wouldn't do good job why would you risk my eyes to ruin my life . Do you know how important are ones eyes? she even blocked my number and now I cannot contact her! God please help me!!! And when I asked her to fix it , she thought I was abusing her ! Please tell me who is the victim here . I don't even care about money now , I want my eyes back! I'm so desperate for help! She is happy to take your money, but gets angry if she has to fix her bad jobs. I came to Christine (or Dung in Vietnamese) to have my brows done 3 months ago. Paid $350 plus tips. as the result, my left brow was lower than my right. Forgot to bring my glasses with me that day I couldn't see clearly so I left w/o realizing that my brows were uneven. When I came for touchup, I asked her to lift my left brow so that they are even. She said she didn't see them uneven, so I put the glasses on to help her see it . She claimed her measurement was right and because I had even eyelids, so it came out uneven. (it was the customer's body part fault. not her. that's how she sees it). I demanded for a fix . she did and when she's done. I has one brow thinker than the other, one has pointy end one has cut-off end, uneven still but less. When i asked, she said the brows will look fine one the ink fade out a bit. I waited for a few weeks but didn't see anything different, so I contacted her and demanded another fix. She told me that I have to pay extra. I didn't agree as I did not ask for a free touch-up but a fix. after a long argument, she agreed to fix but warning me that I can't hold her responsible for getting scars. she said I will get scars if I have my brows redone again in a short period of time and give me two weeks to come see her if I wanted a fix. She didn't confront me I would get scars at first when asking me to pay extra, but when I diidn't she said I would get scars. How cunning and unethical person. If you plan to get your brows done, find someone with experience, Christine has only one year experience so I doubt she can do any better. read more

She spent 4 hours with me & even though I have a previous tattoo on my brows she took her time reshaping my brows & they look beautiful if I do say so myself! I have a very light set of eyebrows which need extra work to look pretty everyday. As much as I want to keep it natural, time is much more valuable now that I have little kids.
