She also did the same thing to my Mom. We both paid for services and were told afterward that it was our fault the pigment didn't hold, rather than being offered a touch up to fix the patchiness. She tries to present it as if she went "above and beyond because she communicates in a very sweet way, but the truth is I paid top dollar and was left with unfinished results. In the end, she told me she wouldn't work with me anymore and pushed me to find another artist. If you're considering this place, know that once you pay, there is little accountability if your results aren't what you expect. For a permanent service on your face, that's unacceptable.
