The fact that you claim the only way to get your best service is to come in is exactly how and why you earned a single star review. So here is my PSA if you care to rectify what you did wrong. Disarm customers. People have stigmas about tattoo. For some it could be the price, for others it could be the pain and for some it could be the quality. I know what I wanted was so vanilla, that anyone could not only do it, but do it quickly. Originally, I thought Koolsville could do it and I'm sure they could, but in reflection, I didn't want a tattoo that was going to fade or not look like a paid full price. If I had a car and parking wasn't an issue, I might have popped in on all the shops I considered, but again, knowing that what I wanted was a 1 on a scale of 1-10 in terms or effort or expertise, I just wanted to know I was going to get what I needed without being ripped-off or dismissed. The shop that I ended up using understood what I wanted, was able to confirm pricing ahead of time and ASSURED ME, IF I CAME IN, I'D BE TAKEN GOOD CARE OF. That didn't happen in my exchange with your staff. *********************************************************** Yelp claims to be a place of integrity, but at times the review system is abused.
